I’m always on the hunt for good garlic knots, and they have some of the best I’ve ever had! The marinara sauce is so flavorful and absolutely amazing — it really takes the knots to another level. I also tried a Brooklyn pizza slice, and it was fresh and very tasty.
The lady who took my order was so polite, friendly, and kind, which made the experience even better. The place was as busy as it gets on a Saturday evening, but everything was still great.
I’ll definitely be returning again to try more slices!

Special Philly Cheesesteak with Cooper sharp on a seeded roll did not disappoint! Seen a slice of Sicilian in the glass when I came for pick up and couldn’t resist! I will definitely be revisiting here while visiting Philly.

Food was spot on. I had the twisted chicken parm and my daughter had the sausage and peppers sandwich. Each was loaded with flavor. We will be back to try the pizza.

Girlfriend saw a video on Facebook about this new French Onion Pizza. Only other place we’ve seen/tried it was Joseph’s in Rockledge. With Joseph’s though, it’s always just a pizza of the week. Maybe see it 1-2 times a year.

Hopefully this stays on the menu here! It tasted much more like French onion soup on bread. Definitely not a traditional pie, so we can’t speak to them…but this was delicious and definitely filling! Very heavy slice with the onions, cheese, etc.
.
Large pie with tax was like $29.

Wow. Need I saw more? The people in there are always very friendly and helpful, even when they are packed, which seems like most nights. Their pizzas are some of the best in the area, especially the roni options. I enjoyed it for many days after picking it up as leftovers. The garlic knots were just okay, so I’ll be sticking with the square pies and maybe try something more.

during veterans day, I receieved a free pie from this establishment, we had a show over at Parx and decided to give this place a whirl, the pizza was good family style and the sauce was the main focus of the pizza, the garlic knots were excellent and pizza fries were as basic as you can get. the atmosphere in the facility was great, employees were very tentative of dine in customers and customers taking out.
would highly recommend this establishment if youre in the vicinity and the prices were reasonable.

Hands down one of the best pizzas Ive had in my life and I’m a bit of a connoisseur. Perfectly done, a bit of a sweetness to the sauce and a very generous amount of pepperoni. You get your money’s worth here.

Decided to try eating in at Mama Russo’s tonight. We got pizza slices, cheese steak, and pizza fries.

The pizza was really disappointing; you couldn’t pick up a slice to eat it as the crust was so wimpy, and the cheese literally just slid off.

The cheese steak was decently filled, and the meat was a lot better than a lot of places that I have been to.

It’s a shame because the staff was pretty good and the place seemed to have a ton of locals dinning in and taking food out.

We ordered a pizza. An expensive pizza. The delivery person took A LONG TIME to deliver it but first of all he delivered it to the wrong address. When we checked our order we saw that we entered our correct address but the driver just didn’t care to read correctly. Not fun when you pay nearly $50 for a pizza, and apparently crappy Door Dash and you have to heat the pizza up when you finally track it down.
Never again. Mamma’s, you should take more care in how orders are delivered to customers. Well, in this case, FORMER customers.

*Update – Fil, thank you for your response and understanding. I will tell you that the pizza we ordered really was delicious when we heated it up. We would love to have Mamma’s pizza again, but maybe only if we pick it up. We never use Door Dash, as it is very expensive and this first experience we had with it was not a good one. Thank you for contacting them for a refund, but that is another area they did not deliver in, as there has been no refund credited to our account.

This is my go to spot when I’m in the neighborhood. Fresh ingredients and great costumer service. Never disappoints. And the variety of slices you can get is endless.
