Service was on point and friendly, atmosphere was pleasant. The food was okay at best. The one dish that was excellent was the house fried rice. There was a chicken dish that looked like chicken strips with garlic on it. And when I expressed my sincerest disregard for it, they still billed me, even though I had one bite and about threw up.

This is my first time here , I was doing laundry where this happened to be in the same shopping plaza so that was really convenient. I got the family meal for 2 , # A, it was basically the same as another unnamed place except this place includes soup ,wonton or house I think . Anyways it’s a nice extra . My order was ready in like 10 minutes at the most ,the staff was quick to take my order and very nice . They put your food in traditional containers and also plastic containers ,instead of bags ,which was nice . The price was to be expected, average of anywhere else I am sure and the food was good . They do give you quite a bit of it so you could feed more than two people ,3 for sure and 4 possibly. Overall it is a nice welcoming atmosphere,pleasant people and affordable on your wallet . The only thing I wish was included are fortune cookies.. I will request them next time .

The service was good. Ordered their general tao chicken and sesame beef special dinner combos. The portions was big. The egg soup was flavorful. The spring roll was not bad. The sweet and sour pork was fine. The sesame beef was good. The fried rice was okay. The general tao chicken was soggy. The fries noodles was too salty.

The food and the service was excellent. We ordered the family style dinner B for four. The portions were way too much for the four of us. We probably should of ordered for two, half as much. The prices were very reasonable. We definitely will be coming back.

Excellent service and great staff. The BBQ pork was very moist, fresh and tasty. We loved the almond chicken. The chicken chow mien was FIRE!! Loved the garlic sauce on the chow mien. Tempura prawns were a bit overcooked, but the tempura breading was on spot. Fried rice may have been left over from the day before, as it was a bit dry and kind of mealy. I loved the spring rolls, they were handmade and fresh. They do it right here. Portions are HUGE and very inexpensive.

I ordered online for a pickup order. It was quick and easy. Very close by my home, 3 min drive. As soon as I arrived at the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was the results from the health inspection was “Good ” as opposed to the “excellent ”
The atmosphere was quiet and calm. A young man behind the counter greeted me, asked if I was ordering or picking up. After I replied that I’m picking up my online order, the young cashier remembered that he left his credit card machine “in the back somewhere “
As the young cashier returned to the register, a much larger gentleman, maybe the cook, owner and the young man’s father comes out with his apron on, looks at me up and down and says “…is there a problem sir?” By this time, I’ve already scan my Apple Pay and waiting for my receipt. I looked at the larger gentleman, who stood arms crossed and appeared as if he wanted to be intimidating. I say nothing to him… my receipt finally was scanning out and I found that the larger gentleman was trying to ease behind me to a restroom or some other room near the restaurant entrance. Clearly the younger cashier looked a little shook and confused but still thanked me for my business, wished me a happy new year and that was it…
I left Main Garden feeling watched and targeted, especially from the larger gentleman, who I can see as the cook, the owner and that young man’s father. I don’t know what kind of interaction he was looking for but I will give him some valuable advice… what ever energy he THOUGHT he was going to have with me, THE CUSTOMER, he can use that energy to figure out how to turn that “Good ” rating into an “excellent ” rating. That in itself “is the problem “

Best Chinese food hands down! We’ve been coming to Main garden back when they were located in Puyallup. It’s hard to find good Chinese food in our area. And like I said BEST CHINESE FOOD!! The owners are super friendly, portion sizes are incredible, quality & consistency are better than any other Chinese spot around. Please visit if you’ve never been. IT’S THE BEST!

The rice was kinda of bland, but it was OK, and the almond chicken was OK, but everything else was excellent. If the almond chicken and rice taste like the red Lotus this place will be my new spot for sure. It does have a great view of the golf course, I will definitely come here again. And the price is fair.

The service was great, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our barbecue pork appetizer was cold but it had no barbecue sauce on it at all. Our fried rice that we received was also on the cooler side. My cashew chicken had more vegetables in it than meat. Every time we are in town we would eat here and it was always delicious. After this meal we will not be back. The food just isn’t worth it any more. I dont like lukewarm rice and barbecue pork without the barbecue sauce and cold on top of it all!
