Oh my gosh I love this place. I don’t even care that it’s for kids, I went for my 43rd birthday I thought it was going to be bigger from the pictures posted but actually it is the perfect size. Big enough to house a variety of activities such as laser tag, arcade games, bowling and a ropes course. If you go anytime before noon it will not be crowded. Staff is awesome and the tunes were spot on played stuff from today and way back to 80s and 90s. Pizza and gelato are delicious

To keep it simple, if you pay with a card and leave a cash tip they will still charge you gratuity on your card. The service was horrible. The waiter only went to my table twice and I had to flag down other waiters any time I needed something. The manager followed us around the whole place when I’d get up to be with my kid as if I was going to leave my tab unpaid. The place was full of unattended minors sitting with strangers offering to buy them alcohol, most of them much older men that looked completely out of place. It was so uncomfortable. I should have known there would be something shady done with my bill when the waiter swiped my card four times because their handheld payment machine kept failing. I left a cash tip at the table, if it got swiped by a kid that’s not my fault. That’s why they have “security” and all have earpieces for communication. It’s ridiculous, you pay a good chunk of change to have your kid play unlimited and they still make you “sign up” to do any of the activities. NEVER AGAIN.

This place is great! Did a party for a friend and it was great!! The food set up was very professional. The BBQ was a great choice for our party. The ribs were super good. The manager assigned to our group was great. We had a great bowling time. The floor with the games were good. There is a little something for everyone. You just have to find it. Will definitely be back.

Every other game attendees were professional and provided excellent service. However there was a game attendee called Jazmin at the gravity section, that was very unprofessional. I was there with my kids and she kept on giving me the rudest attitude. I don’t know how she got hired in a place where you need to be professional and make it feel lively but she did not do her part. I felt targeted and degraded the whole time by her constant smug facial expressions. My kids did not have a good time and I’m honestly never coming back to this place until main event does something about it.

Came to meet a friend and was surprised by its size and cleanliness. Everything seems new and well kept. Employees were friendly and bountiful, games are looked fun and new, bowling look pretty cool, they placed large screens directly above every lane so you can watch whatever sports are in season while you bowl. There was also laser tag, a full bar and some good looking food although I did not eat this time. I’ll definitely go back in the future to explore more of what they have to offer.

We did not try the food, so didn’t rate it. It was our 1st time at ME (there was only D&B where we used to live). We really liked it. The atmosphere and staff were amazing! They were so many different video games to play. My daughter earned a very good amount of points and was able to get 2 good prizes. The “Prize store” has a lot cool items, better selection than D&B in my opinion. Bowling was also fun and the staff did not hesitate in changing our tv to the Astros game. We will definitely return!

Bowling mechanism keep getting stuck or pin mechanism would not work. But everything else was pretty good. We let the manager know and got some extra time added to our bowling time. So everything worked out. Even if that extra time was with problem to.
