My wife has been craving her mom’s cooking for a while now and this was the best Malayalam food we’ve tried. We had a colleague bring it to a gathering and we tried it and immediately had to find out where he got it because it was absolutely delicious. We ordered chicken cutlets, chilli chicken, and beef fry. Everything tasted home made and everything was freshly made and hot like it just came off the stove. 10000% recommend everyone try it at least once. We’ll be regulars going forward.

I had purchased 3 “pothichoor” from this store recently. All the portions were considerably less compared to the amount I had bought about a week ago. My serving was missing 2 items and when I called the owner to inform him about my grievances, he told me that this is all he can offer and that I need to buy from him only if I wanted it that way. Poor customer service. That is not how you speak to a customer, and I felt very bad when he said that, as I was a regular customer. Not going there anymore. Restaurants provide food and hospitality. Lack in one and the other does not satisfy the customer.

The person who answered my call was incredibly impatient and rude when I asked for clarification about the items included in a South Indian meal. Their unwillingness to help left me frustrated, and I chose not to proceed with the order. As a result, neither I nor anyone in my family will ever visit or place an order with you.
