Usually this KFC chicken is very good they make up for what they miss in personality. Tuesday $10 special was a bust for me! Never will return to that store. The chicken didn’t look the or taste like KFC recipe! I am of age and have been enjoying this flavor for more thn 5 decades. Instead of using gas and possibly dealings with a bad tempered employee to return the chicken and request my money back, I post my reviews.

Staff was polite in drive thru. Went by tonight because Thanksgiving is tomorrow and didn’t want to cook. The biscuits are so hard they crumble, you have to hang them on counter and they are like dust. The chicken “original” is dry.. I mean been under the light for 12 hours dry. Disgusted that I just dropped $30 there. I’ve been before and it’s been fresh. This was not fit to serve. I would have waited for fresh to be cooked. I want me money back!

It was weird service. First, I got hollowed at for not being close to the window because I feared hitting the car in front of me. There were three cars waiting on their food in inline. I stepped out my car to pay. She hand me my change and food. Then she told me to back my truck out of the drive thru. Can someone tell what’s going on with the service and food at KFC? Fas/rude service is not good service! I refuse to eat food from bad attitude service. I got rid of it. Something similar happened in Pelham at KFC a few months ago with anxious service.

Terrible place to come. The night workers are Terrible and should all be fired. The community needs to rally and have them closed. Very unprofessional and they never have enough workers, food, plastic flatware, or customer service. I reported them and im going to make sure my concern is resolved.

Customer service is terrible not professional at all I’ve never seen a manager (woman) that argue with customers as if they don’t have a clue about customer service they don’t care how they send food out so check your food before you leave they are always out of something but most of what I’m mad about the way the staff treated us the guys and the lady manager were so rude and unprofessional never should anybody be employed for the rude people I experienced today 2:30 up to 5 pm yall should really be ashamed all I can say ignorance at its best.on top of the manager covering her name tag and the smart talking dude saying he not obligated to give his name is a joke drinks always flat I can go on and on don’t waste your money that’s all I can say

Ordered $20 fill-up No napkins, condiments sauces or nothing. Its just noon and already have an attitude. Spending $26 an some change I atleast expected hot sauce. Food was hot an correct that’s why I gave it a 3 star.

They don’t even let you use the bathroom and I’m a paying customer 44 dollar order and I’m not allowed to use the restroom while I wait do u know how long a 40 dollar order takes of chicken that they claimed they were out of cuz they did not want to cook but wen I didn’t change my mind they had to start cooking it they were so mad then told me I couldn’t use the bathroom it was out of order that they didn’t even have a bathroom if that’s the case they shouldn’t have been open

They are so freaking rude they always get my order wrong most recently call me and harassed me about why I was not going to get a refund through DoorDash because they did not give the dasher my food in the dasher had not even made it to my house I didn’t even know what was going on they called me over and over again to the point that I had to cancel the food the dasher was bringing cuz I was scared there was going to be something done to it the way they had called my phone and been so rude to me
