The chole bhature were perfectly cooked and flavorful, the sarson ka saag was hands down one of the best I’ve had, and the dal makhani was rich, creamy, and comforting.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with recommendations. Service was smooth, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, this is a great spot if you’re looking to enjoy authentic Indian flavors at a reasonable price. I’d happily visit again and recommend it to anyone who loves Indian cuisine.
When we went to order our BUFFET, they didn’t mention that it was thali not the buffet on the weekends and we ended up paying for the non veg thali expecting a buffet.
When we asked about buffet they said buffet is for weekdays but it’s just thali on weekends.
The items served, leave behind the taste, were just cold, not even reheated enough for arleast courtesy.
There were limited items definitely not fresh, I could even smell a different odour from the pulav rice served.
For the quality of the food that was served, the price was definitely too high. We ended up paying 60$ for three non-veg thalis. Thank god they discounted our coffee for serving late and cold.
We raised a complaint with the person incharge and there is nothing he could do. We were not even apologized or asked what could be done to compensate our dissatisfaction.
I seriously would never recommend this place for anyone, not in the position the restaurant stands today.
This place should definitely need to work upon their menu, service, and customer satisfaction.
I might have had given atleast two star if the person in charge had apologized or asked what else can be done to compensate our dissatisfaction.
We never ate the food there. May be we just tasted everything to write this review paying 20$ each for the so called Non-veg thali cum buffet.
Having seen our faces our other friend ordered dosa which turned out to be ok for him.
The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and everything we tried was flavorful and well balanced. The ambiance is stylish and welcoming, making it a great spot for both family dinners and special occasions.
What I really appreciated was how the restaurant blends traditional Indian flavors with a more contemporary dining experience, which is not always easy to find.
If you’re in the Irving / DFW area and looking for elevated Indian cuisine, Madira is definitely worth a visit.
