Mack’s Bingo Kitchen is a casual eatery in Wardensville, West Virginia, serving good food made with locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients from our organic farm and other nearby farms and purveyors. From scratch-made mains to crowd-pleasing sides and desserts, our kitchen brings playful energy and big flavor to every dinner service—all in a welcoming space that feels like a local favorite. We’re part of Farms Work Wonders, a nonprofit social enterprise creating real opportunities for local youth in food, farming, and the arts. Through our Junior Crew program, teens gain hands-on experience in the kitchen and dining room—building skills, confidence, and contributing to service. Every meal supports meaningful work and brighter futures.

This was the most delicious meal we’ve had in a long time. My boyfriend got the steak with a very fresh chimichurri. I couldn’t decide on what I wanted so I tried the deviled eggs with pickled radish, the hushpuppies, and the charred beets with yogurt, pistachios, a spice crumble, and mint. I’m so glad I tried them all, because they were all so delicious! All the ingredients tasted really fresh and were prepared very well. The craft cocktails were delicious, and they have a great selection of whiskey flights. The staff were friendly, engaging, and very helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere was great! It felt cozy and relaxed, it was a great open space with good music, but not so loud you can’t hear each other talk. 10 out of 10 would recommend this spot!

My Husband and I decided to try Mack’s for dinner after passing by heading to a cabin for our Honeymoon and WOW!!!!! Both of our meals were absolutely delicious and probably one of the best meals we’ve had in a longggg time!!!!! Our waitress was super friendly and made sure everything was as we pleased. We are really thinking about going back before we head home because it was THAT GOOD!!!! The whole atmosphere was amazing as well and Mack’s is now one of our favorite restaurants we’ve ever been to! Definitely an amazingly memorable meal 🙂

We very much enjoyed our visit to Mack’s. We had lots of the dishes and most of them I would do again without thinking. We ordered 5 veggies from the farm: heirloom tomatoes, deviled eggs, beets, grilled peppers, and collard greens. Each was unique and tasty. Definitely squeeze the lemon over the peppers, it made them pop even better. We also had 3 cocktails: a gin and tonic with elderflower elements which was crisp and refreshing, a heavens to Betsy bourbon drink which was a good choice if you are looking for fabulously complex flavors that really fill your mouth, and a cold brew martini which I personally didn’t try but was told it was really good. Sweet tea was also given high ratings from my table mates. The falafel and burger were both some of the best of each I have had. The kids chicken was also perfect: juicy and the breading was flavorful. I was less enamored with the 2 big plates we got. The steak was perfectly cooked, but was served with a mint sauce which was really amazing, but overwhelmed the meat. The potatoes served with it were nice, but needed seasoning other than the beef fat (only time I wished for salt and pepper on the table the entire night). The grilled chicken was a bit dry and served with white bread, which added to the dry feeling of the dish. Neither were bad, but just not as well balanced as the other dishes, which we’re amazing. The lemon chess pie was definitely worth the calories. I was skeptical about lemon pie, but happily at my words.

We snagged a fireside counter height reservation a couple hours ahead of time. It was toasty, the bar seats had backs, and it was awesome watching all the different menu items come out and get finished.

This is the place! I called last minute on a Sunday and they were able to find us a reservation. I am so glad we were able to eat here. Everything was amazing: service, food, decor, and atmosphere. I will for sure be coming back to this special place and wish them all the success they deserve.

My husband and I had dinner at Mack’s for the first time last night to celebrate my birthday. We’ve been eager to go ever since we heard that a top rated chef was opening a restaurant a short drive away and that it’s connected to the local farm that supports the youth in the area. And this place definitely did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal and made primarily with locally grown and sourced ingredients. You can’t beat the price, especially given the quality of food. We shared a few appetizers and a main dish and loved them all. They were kind enough to bring us a special appetizer and dessert to celebrate my birthday. We sat at the hearth which meant we got to watch the cooking, which was a lot of fun. They’ve created such a warm and cozy atmosphere. We cannot wait to go back!

Finally made it here after driving by too many times. The fried chicken was perfection. Eggs and beets were delightful. Buttermilk ice cream was dream-worthy. Besides the food, the service was spectacular! Can’t wait to return.

Excellent high quality food and restaurant addition to the area. Great place for locals or those traveling through. Really like that it is a no tip restaurant, but you can leave a donation. So know that menu prices include the tip similar to Europe.
