I originally came to this plaza to go to Pollo Regio, but decided to give Church’s Chicken a try since it was right next door. It had been a while since I’d eaten Church’s and I had never been to this location before. Honestly, I should’ve checked the reviews first, but it’s ridiculous that customers even have to do that.
I ordered an original chicken sandwich with a side of mashed potatoes. As always, I checked my food before leaving, and I’m glad I did. What I received was extremely disappointing, especially for almost $10. The “chicken” looked like a thin fish fillet. It didn’t even resemble a chicken sandwich and was honestly disgusting to look at. This is not worth $10, not even $5. I wouldn’t even give this to my kids.
I went back inside to ask if this was the correct order or if there had been a mistake. Instead of being helpful, the staff immediately became defensive and said that this is the “new” chicken sandwich, that it’s a steak now or something along those lines. There was zero customer service, no explanation beforehand, and no concern for how unappealing this product looks.
If the ingredients or the sandwich itself has changed, customers should be clearly informed. This is not what I ordered or expected. The presentation was horrible, and the experience overall was worse.
I will never come back to this location. I will be contacting corporate, and even if it’s “just” $10, I will be filing a complaint because this food was unacceptable and looked extremely unappetizing.

Ive come here multiple times a week for a few weeks now and this location seems to have their stuff together. Customer service is nice and they always have some fresh chicken cooked and ready no matter what time of day I’ve come in. And I love that! They always ask spicy or regular and my response is always “ which one is fresh “ without hesitation my favorite person always just say I got you!

It’s Super Bowl Sunday and I just really Had a taste for some fresh church’s. However I didn’t know it would be raw. I’ve called this location several times but someone is picking and hanging up. If you see this review please avoid this location!

Oh My Gato!!! This chicken was good and crispy just like Grandma cooked it, and the biskit was amazing! Just look at the size of chicken thigh they serve “referring to the photos I took” this ain”t no skinney. Skrawny chicken! And check out the Biscuit! Just look at the glisseny. Sweet butter glaze on the top. You don’t hardly see anything like this anymore unless you go to grand=mams house! They are only open for drive through not sure why but the wait is worth it. Very friendly staff really great place to get your fried chicken. Don’t froget the fried pie. Oh my it was good

Must try their new chicken sandwich I loved it. Huge juicy chicken breast meat. The meal.is $6.99. I enjoyed it very much I think it’s better than Popeye’s. I will be going back for more.

Not the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant, but most certainly not the best. So I’m on crutches currently, I walk into the location and was greeted. The young lady at the register assisted a gentleman in front of me and immediately after the transaction she went back to the kitchen. Not acknowledging the next guess. It took an additional 5 minutes to order and 20 minutes to get our food. We ordered 4-5 chicken strips, a chicken sandwich and 2 apple pies. That was quite a wait.
When we got the food, it wasn’t fresh and the pies were cold. Again, not my best experience at all.

Where do i begin? And on this i am going to try to be as fair as possible, ok?? Ok. Well i pulled up around 12.40 and to my surprise there was no line in the drive-thru. So here i am thinking i done hit the lotto thinking okay i am going to get back to work in a timely manner and still have time to goof off before starting my work again. I work less than 2 miles at a big company on the north side of 635. Well…that didn’t happen. Now i am a salaried employee but i still want to be known as a good worker who doesn’t take advantage of it. So i ordered pulled up….the cashier was sweet as gold but i could not understand what the wait was. I waited 12 minutes and they was not busy on the inside, as well. I thought well at least i get fresh hot chicken but nooooooooooooooooo…. I got hot #dryassburntchicken and then they had no ranch. So i done guzzled my drink down and i made it back to work just in time before my hour lunch was up wishing i had a refill on my soda cause the chicken was so hard to get the #dryassburntchicken down my throat. So i manage to go to the kitchen at work and get some cold water and the chicken still would not slide down my throat. It was just too burnt. Therefore, i will give this location 2 stars for delivering #dryassburntchicken and the cashier was nice but I don’t see myself coming back.
