Decent burger but no seasoning. The donuts (chocolate cake, old fashion cake, and maple bacon) were delicious. Just please add some seasonings to the burger. Maybe an option to add salt and pepper during cooking or something. I ordered my through uber eats 2 for 1 burger deal.

I leave this review not because of the staff. They were amazing! My issue is more with the management/food. I visited this establishment because my daughter loves turkey burgers. I wanted to try a new place on our side of town, but Unfortunately when we got home she was upset because they gave her a regular beef burger. I immediately call the restaurant to enlighten them on what happened. I was told to come back to receive a refund. I wasn’t able to make it back until a few days later. I called to confirm that my refund was still available but unfortunately the employees needed confirmation from management to be able to do so. So I called 2 mores times with the same issue and even left my name and phone number. Management is still ” not available”. Its been almost a month. Guess I’ll be traveling to short pump next time back to BURGERWORKS

What a bust. The pictures looked very inviting and I was excited to try one of these burgers. Unfortunately the burger did not hit on much. The Patty was cool and the overall satisfaction just was not there. It was a very greasy mess and the waffle fries (that taste like a donut) were mediocre at best.

My husband placed and paid for an order at Luther Burger on Hugenot Rd and asked if I could pick it up. I’ve never picked up an order from Luther Burger, but I assumed it was like picking up at any other takeout restaurant. I walk in advised the young lady that I was there to pick up an order. I provided the last name, and phone number. She asked if I had a receipt and how the order was placed. I’m clueless, I’m just picking up and possible paying. My husbands on meetings all day, I’m trying to text and call to asked for the information. In the mean time I conveyed to the young lady this was a disservice because that leads me to believe preparation for the order had not started. My husband finally respond with Grub Hub and a image that wasn’t coming through. In the mean time she advise they can’t see their online orders whether you paid or not. As she’s conveying this her tone is changing. So I quickly hit the record button, and took a quick look around noticing there wasn’t a notice of any kind acknowledging be ready to produce a copy of your online receipt….how was I to know.. I advised her of this Respectfully. When I brought to her her attention rudeness, tone, and the disrespect…she screams I might as well cancel my order because I’m not getting anything from there and yells get out as she glace at the Sugar Shack employee in the order enjoying his lunch….,I did advised I had been recording and that’s only when she wanted to gain a little respect. I spoke to my husband and advised of the issue. He contacted Grub Hub and canceled his order. According to Grub Hub, they’re not aware of an online issue. I would definitely recommend some customer service training and notifying customers of changes, door notices would be great. I’ve eaten from this establishment before and the food was great, but the level of service I received today was the absolute worse.

My top comment for review here is the staff is top notch – very friendly, helpful, and nice. They care about the customer and the customer’s experience. Delicious burger and a huge (popcorn) container of fries (though they were a little crunchy for me) with the combo. Combo was I think like $13 for the beef burger, which is about even with 5 Guys, give or take. Kids meal is $6.50 which is pricey (similar to 5 Guy’s though) but it’s a legit burger for them so quality is there. I can’t bring myself to try the “Luther Burger” where the bun is a donut, but maybe one day. Kind of a dive, as the restaurant is just tables to the side of the donut shop, but it’s cozy and chill. Definitely a local restaurant I love to support

I had the beef burger and the waffle fries with ranch seasoning. The fries were absolutely delicious! I would literally go back for just the fries, and that’s why I gave it 4 stars. The dipping sauce was yummy too. The burger was only ok. I think it was more so that it didn’t live up to my expectations. The bun was too much bread in comparison to the patty. The holiday decorations were cute and tasteful. Everything was clean.

The quality and accuracy of orders have significantly dropped in the last few years. They haven’t gotten my order right once the last three times I’ve been here. We ordered burgers via Uber tonight and are finally tossing the towel in on this place. We waited twice a long as the delivery time expected. Our poor driver had to wait 20 minutes for them to get to our order. The food arrive cold (see the cheese in photo), and they got 2 items wrong. Requested utensils and didn’t get them. Received 2 packets of ketchup for a large amount of fries. Way too much money for such a low quality meal.
