As you can see I paid more than $8 on this order. Why?????
I only got Three bites out of each container!
Now I know why they closed the restaurant in Dallas. Texas people don’t play that small portion mess everything big is down there including the food portions.
I ate these greens and red beans and rice and still had to go find me something else to eat. This is ridiculous.

Attempted to order 1lb Basa with 2 sides. Wanted sides in a separate container so my fish and bread wouldn’t be soggy. Was told it would be an upcharge for separate containers. Im not paying extra to have my sides packaged separate. So you would rather lose a $20 transaction over a 10 cent container? I immediately left and went to Charlie D’s and got what I requested with better customer service.

Consistently wonderful food to-go or eat in. 1/2 lb catfish dinner with Mac and cheese and green beans is my favorite. Hot sauce and tarter sauce are recommended but fish stands well alone too.

I really liked the chicken, wifey liked the fish sandwich.
I had red beans and rice, and greens. The greens were great and took home a side for another meal.

Hadn’t had Lutfi’s in a couple of years and thought I’d try it again. I got the fried shrimp and catfish dinner with green beans and fries. The shrimp were cooked to perfection, had the perfect bite and not a lot of breading. The fish of course isn’t real catfish, but swai or basa. It was tender on the inside and has a slightly crispy breading. The green beans had a nice flavor and slight spiciness. And the fries were hot and fresh. My SO got the Blackened catfish and he’s not good On describing flavors, he just eats! He said everything was good and fresh. We went on a Friday night.

This place is no joke. The fried shrimp were HUGE! The Catfish here is top quality. The onion rings and the green beans were essential sides to order. It was very cheap and amazingly fresh compared to other fried fish establishments. The staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations. If you are a fried fish fanatic, then this place is for you!

My wife and I and our son all went out to eat here and it was an incredible experience. Their food was so tasty that turned out boy from a hating fish fried boy to a boy who loves his fried fish now!! BEST HUSH PUPPIES IN TOWN!!

It’s not as good as it used to be. My fish wasn’t seasoned and I requested crispy and it wasn’t. The white cake wasn’t fresh.
