We were a bit disappointed. I really enjoyed eating at Lupita’s when it was just a food truck. This was my first time dining in their brick and mortar establishment. The chips were tough. The Lupita’s bowl was large and presented well. We ordered it with steak (chicken was an option). The “steak” was more like hamburger and had an off taste, perhaps like freezer burn. I had a bean and cheese papusa and my friend ordered the papusa with everything. They were very good! The sauce served with them was a bit spicy for our taste but that’s ok. The side of slaw did not seem as fresh as I remember getting it on the truck.

Don’t care much for their salsa or rice. The food to me is just ok. It’s not terrible but I rather eat at other Mexican places. The people are nice nothing wrong there just didn’t care for the food.

Food is fresh and alot of it is homemade fresh! We stopped in here as we passed by. Service is good. Understaffed so if in a hurry, I would consider going somewhere else. They don’t take a long time but there may be a short wait. We will be back again. Thank you lupita’s!

I seriously wish there was an option to give higher than five stars. I do NOT know what I would do if Lupita’s wasn’t here anymore. The staff here are so sweet and kind, the food is unbelievably delicious, and the prices are perfect for a college student like me. I cannot recommend this place enough.
