The music was VERY LOUD when you first step in but got way more tolerable as we were seated.. but it almost made me leave before I was seated. My server was named Nancy..she was fantastic.. I had the jumbo crab stuffed shrimp and my partner had the chicken enchiladas.. we both truly enjoyed and needed no to go boxes

I was pleasantly surprised. Our food was delicious and the service was excellent, although not overly friendly. The chicken fajitas were juicy and well-seasoned and the side items were very tasty. I also enjoyed the fresh-made tortillas. There are probably too many choices of margaritas on the menu. Probably 3 or 4 would be enough. Lupe Tortilla is clearly a notch above the other chain Tex-Mex restaurants.

The only reason I ranked the atmosphere a 4 was because the music was so so loud. It felt like we were all yelling just to be heard. Other than that it was really good. From the outside I was not expecting much it reminded me of Chevy”s but once inside big difference. The food was amazing more Mexican than Tex-Mex and the service was great. We never had empty glasses or had to wait for anything. It was well worth the money. I would gladly and definitely go back again.

Lupe Tortilla was a good choice for Mexican Cuisine. The service was good, but the server had several tables and was a little overwhelmed at times. The server had several tables with more than 6 customers which resulted in the server forgetting several items ordered on the menu. With the amount of people served, I think the server did a good job. However, the hostess should not sit multiple parties greater than 6 in the same area with one server. It causes confusion on the server, and therefore frustrates the customer. Overall, the food was good for the value. My family and I were satisfied with what we ordered. Just prepare to wait for extended times on the food orders if there is only one server in the area with multiple parties. I would recommend this restaurant.

Just get the beef fajitas… nothing else they are the best! Comes with all the fixings (even sour cream and cheese). It’s well worth the prices. If you insist on ordering something else it’s all very good and the margaritas are excellent. Been to Lupe’s at least 40 times at different locations and it’s always wonderful.
