Absolutely loved our time we’ve had at Luigi’s. Our experience across both visits had us coming back for more and they were across the board 5 stars each time. The staff are lovely and the food it’s amazing! We look forward to bringing more family next time!

Would highly recommend their pizzas and pastas! Their apple crumble crepes and cream brûlée were our favourites!

All seriousness, That was the most sexiest pizza I’ve ever eaten forget relationships I’m coming down here and getting myself a sausage pizza again, and a fettuccine bossciaola, not meaning to sound like some really weird prestigious food critic that just talks about the flavours and all that, but the pizza was just very nice and simple the ingredients go very well together the bread tastes amazing, if I had a extra finger on each hand I’ll be holding up all 12 fingers out of 10, 12/10 review

A few weeks ago, we attempted to secure a last-minute reservation at Luigi’s and, understandably, were unsuccessful due to availability, this is entirely no fault of the restaurant. However, our experience this evening more than made up for it and reaffirmed why this establishment continues to stand out for me.

From the outset, the booking process was seamless, completed with a brief and efficient phone call. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by staff and promptly shown to our table, where menus were presented without delay with the specials laid out nicely.

Service throughout the evening was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining atmosphere. It’s the quick question of how is everything going that felt genuine with customer satisfaction being a priority it seems.

We ordered the trio of dips, salt and pepper calamari, Milano pizza, and the Trevi. The appetisers were exceptional, and the mains were equally impressive. All dishes were delivered in a timely manner, beautifully presented, and absolutely divine. The pizzas, in particular, were generous with toppings, perfectly cooked, and balanced with spot-on flavours. This is a true testament to the skill and consistency of the chefs.

Having dined at Luigi’s on no fewer than twelve occasions throughout my life, it is reassuring to see that consistency remains a hallmark of this restaurant. From the front-of-house team to the kitchen staff, the standard of food and service continues to be exemplary.

A sincere thank you to all staff, especially the chefs, for delivering such a consistently high-quality dining experience. Luigi’s remains a reliable and outstanding choice, and we look forward to returning again.

We have never gone here and had an issue, the food and the waiters are always amazing! The drinks are delicious and they have so many gluten free options and they can make nearly everything gluten free! I’m a celiac and haven’t had an issue yet and there gluten free pizza basses are the best ones I’ve had by far!

Very disappointing. Been here a few times but after last night won’t be back. Our booking was for 6pm as we had a 8pm movie to go too. The waitress pretty much took our order straight away which was great as as 2 hr sitting is plenty of time to have x 3 coarse meal. Our entree came out at 6.20pm , at 7.20pm i asked if our mains were nearly coming, we ordered, a Lamb back strap and beef cheeks. She said she would check. She never came back to let us know, just stood at the bar and glared across at us. A bit of curiosity would have been nice. At 7.45pm still no mains so got up and up and left. I said the the waitress i would pay for our bottle of wine and entree but i would not be paying for anything else. She did apologise and took our entree off the bill so i just paid for the wine. This restaurant has been here for a long time and it seems their standards are slipping. The popcorn was a fine dinner at the cinemas.

This was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited. Me and my girlfriend came for lunch and were served by a nice lady named Hannah. The Fettuccine Boscaiola was rich and creamy and the spaghetti bolognaise was delicious too. Visiting Luigi’s is somewhat pricy but very well worth the expense.

We’ve visited Luigi’s intermittently since it opened many years ago. The service has always been friendly and up to standard. The food has been excellent in the past. My gnocchi last night was nice but expensive for the offering: 5 prawns for a $30+ gnocchi was insufficient, in my opinion. I’ve never counted the protein in my dish, but counting to 5 was an easy number to count, so….
We waited a long time for our meals and cocktails. They may have had a function on, but it didn’t seem super busy to warrant such a long docket time. 1.5hrs for two people to have one cocktail and bowls of pasta/gnocchi.
The live music was the highlight and made the time pass quickly, but still… my least favourite visit to date.

Very very average. Service we experienced on the day we attended was really slow, we had to ask multiple times for simple things like another glass or the dessert menu, the restaurant was basically empty so it wasn’t like they were super busy, just incompetent. Food was average, the best thing was the cheese and garlic pizza entree. Probably won’t bother going back unfortunately.

Have been here quite a few times but after tonights no show main meal will not be returning. We booked for 6pm, to have a lovely dinner before our 8pm movie. The girl took our orders very quickly which was great. We ordered a bottle of wine and an entree to share. My husband ordered the Beef Cheeks for his main and i ordered the Lamb back Straps. Our entree came out quite quickly at 6.20pm. By 7.20pm i asked the waitress to see how much longer for our main, she said she would check. Well she never returned to tell us how long, just stood at the main bar and stared at us, bit of curiosity would of been nice just to come and let us know, other people that came in after us were getting their mains delivered. At 7.45pm still no mains so we just decided that was it, got up and told the girl that we were leaving and i would pay for the wine and entree but would not be paying for the mains. They did just charge us for the wine not the entree. You give a 2 hr sitting which in that time you can have a 3 coarse meal and still have time to spare.

Not happy at all. The lack of service & accountability.
I have just walked out of Luigi’s after waiting nearly 50 minutes & not even getting my entree or any part of our meal.
A young waitress took our order by memory, yes she did not write anything down(did not impress me). Obviously it never got to the kitchen. Nothing was ever prepared.
I told the manager & she simply replied, we can start cooking now. No real accountability. Not good enough for a restaurant who set their prizes high. Standards in service should be high, no excuses.
We left our drinks on the table & walked out. Manager didn’t even look for who made the mistake, didn’t seem to care, neither did the waitress. For them just another disgruntled customer I guess, they just want to move on.
So if you want to take your chances & not get your meal, best go to Luigi’s.
