Being from CA we dont have any waffle houses so being here on a vacation was great. Service was quick and fast and the price of food was low, so definitely tipped better then just the percentage should be.

I have to say, this was terrible. There were 4 groups of customers in the restaurant and our server was more concerned with a to go order for customers that were not even here. I ordered online 9-11-24 when I got my food the eggs weren’t cooked all the way, butter was caked on the toast and my waffles were BURNT AND HARD AS A BRICK. I have been on a diet and let myself have this one meal since I’ve been doing so well for the past three months so imagine how angry I am now that I can’t eat the one thing I really wanted. My WAFFLE. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone on the phone so I’m editing an old review and hopefully someone will get in contact with me to fix this.

Horrible service here today. We were very disappointed with our experience. We walked in and sat down at 8:25 pm. The restaurant was practically empty. Only one table had customers, but none of the employees acknowledged us, took our drink order, or greeted us. We waited until 8:40 and left without being served. The girl behind the counter was also openly complaining about not wanting to wait on when it gets busy.

Sara my server was really kind and helpful, spoke professionally and took my order as soon as I sat down. She wasted no time in getting my order written down and telling Ona what to cook.
Ona my cook, made my meal quickly and even talked to me while she did. The food was good and they sat and made small conversation. Even making sure to refill my drink and check on me multiple times.
James who was also a cook was also joining in on the conversation, he was very nice and we spoke about similar hobbies.
Overall a very good atmosphere and everyone had a great attitude. Thank you Waffle House.
