As a long islander I can’t say enough how much I loved this Chinese food!! The orange chicken was nice and crunchy with the right amount of sauce, the dumplings were the perfect amount of doughy and the sauce paired with it was perfect! Reminded me of the Chinese food I used to have when I was a kid.

Exceptional flavor and ample portions and the right price for seniors. The best tasting Chinese food in my 75 years. The owner is committed to making sure you are satisfied by checking with you in a few minutes to make sure the food is to your liking. From Pa. But visit often to Ohio and promised my wife the next time I go to bring her back a dinner of her choice!

Lucky Star is usually my go-to Chinese take out, it’s always been by far the best around. Tonight, our meal was terrible. Everything was overcooked and so greasy. The sweet and sour chicken was so hard that half of it was inedible. The sore ribs were tough. The grab Rangoon was also inedible and extremely hard. This is the second time that our meal has been disappointing.

Always delicious. Always fast. Everyone is polite. This most recent time, we were given chicken lo mein instead of vegetable, which was disappointing as my wife is a vegetarian. Overall though this is a great place to grab Chinese.

Absolutely the BEST Chinese food out there. Order frequently from here and have never had a single bad order. The food is always yummy, made exactly to my specifications, ready quickly, and nice and hot. You get a very generous portion for a super fair price. I love the online ordering option that allows you to customize everything without having to call it in. The delivery feature is also helpful. The only time I experienced an issue was related to a third party company delivery driver who left my order at the wrong house. When the owners at this restaurant learned of it, they reached out to me with directions on how to get my order and delivery fee refunded! I have only positive things to say about this place, the staff and owners, and the food.

Food used to be super good and the best in town. I’ve been going here as long as I can remember. Definitely a decline in food and cleanliness of the restaurant. Food tasted bland now and chicken has been super inconsistent a lot of the time it tasted like it’s cooked in old oil. The place is overall dirty. Looks like mold on the baseboards and floor. Seems like a reoccurring issue because other reviews recently have been saying the same thing. I will still continue to go here because it’s my local Chinese spot but if a new place opened up the road I’m afraid I would no longer support lucky star. It’s a shame to see such a north canton staple decline like this. It’s also frustrating when they ask for a tip when you order carry out.
