Only one star because I couldn’t rate zero, and since this location is closed and there’s no food to give a review for or a correct # of stars – I went with what I had lol. But yes, this KFC location closed atleast a year ago. It’s been renovated & is a bank now!

I’m giving three stars because this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. The food is usually amazing and is usually fresh but today was not the case. I went at 1 (a little after lunch time) and this is the chicken sandwich I received. Was not at all pleased by the looks but everything else was good.

I went there for lunch and used the drive thru. I order 3 chicken tenders meal. The person taking the order was very nice. I asked for extra gravy because they never put enough on and he made sure I got some. The biscuit was hard a the chicken was horrible. The chicken was hard as a rock and you could tell it didn’t look fresh. I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Couldn’t even go in and complain because the dining room doesn’t open until 3:00. I used too eat there all the time because the food was fresh, the dining room was open and the staff took care of you. Not the case anymore. Won’t go back until they get a better manager.

I love the food quality from this Danville location. However I have had experiences with a couple rude and disrespectful employees. But its not all the employees, a lot of them are great. My food is always hot and fresh. I love their famous bowls and fries. Oh and those little chicken sandwiches with mayo and pickle are amazing!!! All in all I love them! They are affordable, it feeds the whole family, great taste! It’s a great location.

The food was very good but our order got messed up before we left. We came back in and asked for it to be corrected and thought they did. We should have checked before we left but since we just asked for a correction we assumed what they gave us would be correct. It wasn’t so we just ended up eating the wrong order. I didn’t want to drive back 15 minutes to change one thing. Overall I was very happy with the food and the staff was friendly but I would check your order two or three times BEFORE you leave to be sure.

The lady at the drive thru was really rushing me and she was not nice at all, they told me the sides and I ordered rice with our chicken then they charged me extra for it and said it wasn’t a side with chicken, only the taco side, kfc don’t have many side to offer, to expensive!

We were traveling, and wanted a reasonably priced, quick place to eat. We went in, and the door handles were sticky. The whole place stank. The food on the buffet looked as if it had been there for 5 or6 hours. Used the facilities, and decided that we couldn’t stand the smell, nor stomach the food, so we left and went to cracker barrel.

The food is normally good and hot, when they have what you order. Never order extra biscuits tho, they will charge you but won’t remember them. Try to go when the older staff is in, they are better at getting the whole order correct and are very friendly.

Went in at about 6:00 called ahead to ensure there was a buffet and the cost my husband and I our 15 yo and 12 told twins it was 40.00. There was no chicken the biscuits were hard everything cold was actually frozen coleslaw potatoes salad Mac salad. The chicken was rationed even as more people came in there were a total of 10 people and they would put out two legs two wings two breast that’s it not even enough for everyone to get a piece I tried Dr Pepper nasty Mountain Dew nasty Pepsi nasty through out my cup… will never go back feel ripped off!

KFC in Danville, KY was excellent. We had the buffet bar. Each of our choices were delicious. They were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable. I will definitely go there again.
