Pizza was fairly ok. This place was a decent option when you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg on a fancy meal out when on vacation, nor cook yourself. However, I was completely turned off that they have a sign at the door saying you must wear a mask (By City/County Ordinance) to enter the establishment and none of the employees were wearing masks! How is this keeping your patrons safe and healthy when your employees are allowed to spew water droplets from themselves onto your food? This is the only good picture I could get from my car, but none of the other employees were wearing masks. Oh yeah- they were out of salad! What? No lettuce at all. Weird.

I eat at Lucky’s pretty often since I work in the area. Namby Pamby is my fav “veggie pizza” Veggies always taste fresh, staff is relaxed, and the environment is pretty chill They hand toss their pizza fairly thin but Im a fan of thin crust. If youre a pan or hand tossed fan, you may want to look at other menu options. PS: This is currently my favorite pizza spot ✌

Disappointed to say the least. Tried to drive there yesterday to get pizza and eat it by the marina. We arrived at 6:00pm to be told they could not take anymore orders as they were out of ingredients! Ok fine. We thought, wow, this place must be great if they have sold out 3 hours early so we called in an order today at 5:00pm for pick up at 6:30. My husband and son arrived at 6:30 and they had not put the pizzas in the oven yet. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes while the pizzas cooked. This wouldn’t have been a big deal either, but to top it all off, we ordered the prosciutto and arugula pizza and when my husband arrived home, all we had was a white pizza with cheese. We paid $22.99 for that. The pizza was ok, thin crust which I like, but just disappointing overall. Definitely not worth almost $50 for 2 pizzas. We will not be back.

This is an update from a review where I left 4 stars. The wife and I have gotten pizza and salads from Lucky Luciano’s a few times since we moved to the area and the food has been great, the pizza sauce is full of flavor and the ingredients are quality. However, with my most recent experiences, I feel that the owner(s) really need to step in and take control of the restaurant before it is too late, the (new?) employees just don’t seem to care. I have called to place a order a couple times now and there have been numerous excuses and even times when the phone wasn’t answered, excuses have ranged from running out of pizza dough to closing early, etc. I get the point, taking our business elsewhere! It’s a good thing that another pizza restaurant that delivers just opened 10 minutes from this one. I’ll be surprised if this this place lasts through the winter with the way their staff operates.

The pizza was 4.5 stars, but the service was a half star. The phone rang continuously 4 times as I waited to place an order and when I returned to pick up pizza. None of the calls were even answered nor was it busy. It felt like it didn’t matter whether I ordered or not from them. This was not the case 4 years ago when we ordered there twice in one week. People working back then we’re greatly appreciative of us spending oir money there, asked where we were from and ask us to come back next time we were on the island.

When is the ownership going to address the concerns of the people who keep this place open…..the customers. I grew up with East Coast style pizza and truly loved this place four years ago, but it has gone downhill quickly with not much room left to go any further. If any business doesn’t put their customers first then they will not be a business for long. Hopefully when our family returns in late June 2021 things will be better. It’s crazy how the treatment of customers is shared by most reviewers, but not taken seriously. If it was then the same complaints wouldn’t be week after week.

Every year on our last night we have eaten pizza at this place ( name change – not sure). This year we had a personal pan, waited 45 min for it, and it was super thin and tasted like cardboard. The worst pizza I have ever had. The rest of the family had a larger pizza, it was good and a little thicker. Personal pan doesn’t mean thick crust here. Seriously it was like eating cardboard

Called in order for 2 pizzas at 5:34 pm. The lady told us that a large only serves 2-3 people and we probably needed to order 2 pizzas for 3 people. She said the wait was 45 minutes. After 1 hour and half the pizzas were finally ready. Don’t waste your time or money. Frozen pizza from the grocery store is better. It is not authentic at all and 2 pepperoni pizzas cost $50.

My family and I ordered pizza from Luciano’s and we waited over 45 minutes in the restaraunts waiting for our to-go food (which was perfectly understandable given it was a Friday night). However, after waiting in the overcrowded lobby I was informed that the hostess had actually never put our order in and that it would take another 45 minutes to prepare. It was incredibly unprofessional to not alert us about our missing order when we checked in, force us to wait 45 minutes, and then not offer to rectify or accept responsibility for the situation in any way. Now, my family will have to wait an additional hour for food, from no fault of our own. I am incredibly disappointed in our experience here and we will not be returning.
