Ive tried this place 2x and the wait is always ridiculous even with calling in advance. I was told ready in 20 min I get there and I’m waiting 30-40 more minutes . Nothing is offered for the extra extensive wait time. Food has been overly fried both times

Went this evening for a pickup order and everything was great! We ordered the Family Meal of 50 wings and 10 tenders. The order was ready when I got there and Ms Lauren was very sweet and made sure that everything was correct and to my liking before bagging the order! The dine-in area was very clean. We’ll definitely return!
