Me my brothers and mom ate here today and it was ten out of five stars. The staff was amazing. Ikiariana is a superb and beautiful employee. The food came out fast, hot, and delicious. Props to the prep cooks and chefs. I met the general manager and district manager. Both wonderful and some nice heads in charge. They are hiring. I scanned the qr code to do survey and fill out application. Best zaxbys in Albany. If you don’t believe me— TRY IT OUT AND PROVE ME WRONG…

Drive through service is pathetic. Ordered salad and tea. (1) Total was $11.43. I gave him a twenty and 43 cents. He asked me what kind of change did I want back because my order was only $11.43. Really. I told him he owed me $9.00. It took three of them to figure it out. (2) Remember I ordered a salad but received no utensils or napkins. (3) I ordered tea but received no straw. This isn’t the first time but it’s close to the worst time. Where do you find these people? Don’t you teach them about customer service?

I ordered in the app .. my food wasn’t ready when I came through the drive-thru .. cool, I was a bit earlier than the time proposed. 10 mins AFTER the time proposed… Still no food. Go in and wait 5 min finally get food and part of it is burnt and nibbler just tossed in the box.

The food at the Zaxby’s chain seems to be the same everywhere. I always order the Big Zax Snack. It is a good deal for the amount of food. I had trouble using the app at this location, but it could have been my service more than anything. I would recommend this location!

Tonight I went to Zaxby’s and order a Big Zax snack dipped in hot honey mustard. I received old dry chic with maybe a drop of honey mustard and some old fries. I called the store to speak with the manager Isaiah was very much so nice nasty with me. Telling me to bring my food back up and he doesn’t care what I eat tonight. Remind you I live on the other side of town and the store closed in 6mins. A picture of my order is included.

Went to Zaxbys the other week and it is usually a great experience. I love the Zalad, and have been eating it for several years, but on this occasion I was highly disappointed with it because for the first time ever it was made with iceburg lettuce. I asked the individual behind the counter if she thought it was romaine lettuce, and she said yes.
