The baby chicken might have been the best chicken I’ve had in my life. Definitely recommend the marinated peppers as well.
Crème brûlée was elite.
Servers were very attentive.
went on a Wednesday night and it was full.
Didn’t drink.
From the first greeting, she created a sense of ease and welcome, offering confident guidance that felt intuitive rather than rehearsed. Her knowledge of the menu and ingredients was exacting, and her recommendations were thoughtfully tailored to our table of five, including a clear, elegant description of a dish adjusted to suit a dietary preference.
Throughout the meal, she struck a rare balance of warmth and discretion, engaging naturally while maintaining impeccable composure. Her coordination with the kitchen and bar was polished and effortless, and any adjustments were handled proactively and without drawing attention.
The service was impeccable and pure class, and it elevated the entire dining experience. I would readily recommend LPM Miami and would request Sophia again!
LPM is part of an exclusive chain with locations in some of the world’s most prestigious cities, and its design is a masterclass in classic Mediterranean Gallic style. French shutters, soaring ceilings, and bold Mare Nostrum art combine to transport you straight to La Belle Époque. You’ll almost forget you’re in Downtown Miami until you look around. The crowd here isn’t made up of typical bankers or executives. Instead, it’s effortlessly chic, casual but impeccably put together. They look like they’ve just stepped off a very big yacht after a refined week of sun and fun. It’s that kind of place.
As you peruse the menu, the anticipation builds. LPM’s offerings are a vibrant tribute to French Mediterranean cuisine, each dish crafted with meticulous attention to detail. For those who enjoy a cocktail to match the mood, the Tomato Martini; or Tomatini, is a surprising yet delectable choice. Fresh, savory, and packed with vibrant tomato flavor with hints of white balsamic. It’s a unique offering that sets the tone for the evening.
The Salade de Maïs et Pomme Grenade, a sweet corn salad with pomegranate and herbs, it’s light yet bursting with flavor. The sweetness of the corn, paired with the tartness of the pomegranate, is a refreshing contrast; a vibrant start that’s as energizing as the room itself. The Escargots de Bourgogne, a true indulgence. Plump, tender snails bathed in garlic butter and parsley, their richness perfectly balanced with just the right amount of garlic. This elevated version is an absolute must-try.
The Canard à l’Orange (duck confit with orange) it’s a dish that demands attention. The duck is succulent and tender, its richness balanced beautifully by the faint citrusy bite of the orange. Meanwhile, the Gratin Dauphinois, creamy, cheesy potatoes baked to golden perfection, brings comforting warmth to the table. Another unforgettable dish is the Carpaccio de Sériole du Japon. The delicate slices of yellowtail are beautifully complemented by the creamy guacamole and bright, zesty citrus, making each bite a fresh and flavorful experience.
The service at LPM deserves a moment of its own. Attentive without being intrusive, our waiter was always there when we needed him; refilling water, making sure we are pleased, and offering spot-on recommendations. His French accent added that perfect touch of dashing, making it feel like we were transported straight to the French Riviera, where every second is meant to be savored.
And as the meal winds down, the atmosphere really hits its stride. LPM is alive with the buzz of lively conversations, the clink of glasses, and the hum of contented diners. It’s a place where the energy of the crowd is just as important as the food on your plate.

NOTE: Like many upscale restaurants in Miami and nationwide, this place adds a service charge to every check, a practice driven by efforts to supplement worker pay and offset the federal $2.13 subminimum wage for tipped employees. While this charge between 20% and 22% is becoming common, it can feel like an extra financial burden for diners, especially as menu prices rise. The debate over tipping practices has intensified, with advocacy groups like One Fair Wage pushing to eliminate the tipped wage and implement a universal minimum wage. Some restaurants have responded by adopting “all-in” pricing, which includes service cost in menu prices, offering more transparency. However, the National Restaurant Association continues to lobby against higher wages for tipped workers, slowing any potential changes to labor laws.
I am a big fan of LPM and regularly visit the branch in Saudi Arabia, which I love. The Miami branch was even better amazing atmosphere and very delicious food. The truffle used in the dishes was perfect and really stood out.
We had a wonderful experience.
This entire restaurant moves as one, they are a flawless team.
P.S. get the Tomatini
