This place is a joke. I ordered beef and brisket pho for take out. They wouldn’t even process a phone payment because they were “too busy”. I walked in and the place was empty. Took my pho home. This is the meat in my order. Its basically nothing. To give you a better idea, thr amount of “brisket” is equal in size to a single slice of american cheese. They tore it in tiny pieces to give the appearance that it wasn’t a tony morsel of nothing. Complete RIP OFF. Avoid this dump.

This is a small pho spot in Easton that’s clean and simple. The atmosphere is what you’d expect from a casual pho restaurant, with standard tables and minimal staff, but the service is still attentive.
I tried the pho, and the broth was quite good—flavorful and well-balanced, not too salty or sweet. It may not be the most outstanding pho I’ve ever had, but it definitely hits the spot if you’re nearby. The meat overall was decent, but the brisket really stood out—tender, flavorful, and pleasantly surprising.
If you’re in the area or have errands around Easton, this place is worth stopping by for a warm, comforting bowl of pho. But if you’re thinking about making a special trip just for the food, it’s probably not quite worth the drive.
Summary:
✅ Clean restaurant
✅ Tasty broth
✅ Brisket was excellent
➖ Limited staff – might require a bit of patience
➖ Not quite a destination spot on its own

Was just passing through making my way to Chicago from Boston. Place is great food taste awesome only complaint i have is that there was barely I mean BARELY any meat in the pho. But the did have more than usual tendon in it so that is a plus. Give this place a 7/10.

Very slow on a Thursday afternoon. Everything was good. Liked the Pho and Summer rolls. Needs Cilantro! Tea was hot water and a tea bag. Just not very authentic, but good nonetheless. This was our second time because I remember enjoying it the last time. Spring rolls should come with more lettuce and fish sauce. Thai Chili sauce is good too, but like fish sauce with them.

I can recommend their variety of wonton noodle soups — actually pretty good! If it’s cold outside and you need a hearty warmer-upper, definitely pop in. Food is made quickly and I’d say it’s priced somewhat fairly.

I ordered pork noodles and they were great. The bowl was huge and so my noodles were completely covered in broth. Awesome!
The service was fast and the staff were friendly.
Just a heads up, when you’re done eating you can just pay at the counter. No need to wait for anyone to come by with the bill.

I spent $15 on a pho and it came with 4 slices of beef. Where is the rest of beef? Both pho and hoagie were bland. Nope!

This used to be my favorite place to get pho in the Lehigh Valley. I’ve spent a lot of money here, lots of take out and door dash. The food is not what it used to be. I’ve been noticing the quality get worse over time. But I just ate my final order. It tasted like the broth was actually watered down. No flavor at all. The basil was wilted and browning. Very little meat. I had an awful day and all I wanted was to relax with my favorite meal. It was disappointing for the last time.

Spring rolls and the dipping sauce were ok. The pho broth was sweeter than I’m use to. The beef and noodles were good! The Thai tea was smaller than I’m use to as well still flavorful. The menu is NOT updated prices are higher than what’s online. The night I went they were CASH ONLY. Beware call ahead

I usually do a pick up order from here and the food never fails. The summer rolls are always fresh, my other go to dishes are grilled pork with broken rice and the steak pho. Never had a bad meal!
