LouVino opened its first Restaurant & Wine Bar in Louisville in 2014, simply aspiring to be a place you could enjoy a nice glass of wine with amazing food in a hip yet relaxed atmosphere without a pretentious feel. Since then, we have taken our southern inspired cuisine to five locations across Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. Locally owned by Endeavor Restaurant Group, LouVino features an inspired menu created by renowned Chef Tavis Rockwell and an extensive wine list curated by Sommelier Gracie Peter. We have an award-winning wine list with more than 40 approachable, yet refined options by the glass, and each restaurant features an evolving seasonal menu, specially curated by each Executive Chef to provide a unique culinary experience.

Came in and greeted by friendly and fun staff, sat down and with out missing a beat the bartender came up with a delectable concoction to start my Sunday Funday off right. I got the eggs Benedict and the eggs were perfectly poached! Lots of salmon which I loved. All over amazing experience and I’m only mad I haven’t tried them sooner !

We enjoyed a brunch Saturday August 5. Tommy the manager went above and beyond to make sure my best friend’s bachelorette brunch went perfect. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and cannot thank her enough. Would recommend this as a fun brunch spot! Recommend loaded baked potato tots ❤️

One of my matron of honor toke me and my friends for dinner to celebrate my Bachelorette party. They gave us a glass of champagne and dessert courtesy of the house. The food was delicious. All the staff was very professional, kind and friendly . I definitely I am going with my future husband soon!

Loved this place! The service was amazing as well as the food. For everyone saying they wish the portions were bigger… it clearly states “small plates”. It caters to people wanting to try a few things instead of getting just 1 entrée. So please keep in mind it is more like tapas! We did not have one bad thing here. From the fried green tomatoes to the chicken sliders, the chicken tacos . However, if you are going to try one thing…. please make it the loaded tots. They slap SO hard.

My rating is mainly about my server. My fiancé and I visited this restaurant for brunch. I asked the server what flavors they had for the $4 flavored mimosas (while pointing at the menu). He named some flavors and we each picked one. Fast forward I get the bill and my mimosa was $15! I told him I was surprised to see that it cost so much and he smiled and said he’s new and still learning the menu. I said he should have told me that the mimosa was $15 when he was telling us what flavors they had. He again smiled and asked if I liked the mimosa and then said now I know for next time. Are you kidding me?!?! The audacity and how rude of him not to acknowledge his error and show and kind of remorse. Then he invites us to a drag show that he was putting together the following week. When we first walked in we were interested in coming to the drag show and after trying the food we were also interested in coming back to the restaurant. But, I was really disappointed in the way the server handled the situation. That is why I’m giving this restaurant 1 star. Otherwise, I would have given it 4 to 5 stars. The food was delicious. Still unsure if we will visit again.

This is a great spot for a social gathering with even greater service. The staff were beyond fantastic and the dim-lit atmosphere is perfect for Mass Ave. They have pre-made flights of wine which we tried and really enjoyed. Their food menu is a smaller menu with a variety of appetizers and entrees. The food was tasty – we just wish the portions were a little bigger for the buck. Reservations are likely highly recommended as this place got busy very quickly after opening!

Absolutely adore this place! We can here for brunch and everyone of us loved our food. We ordered the pancake tacos, chicken tacos, chicken biscuits, stuffed French toast, and loaded tater tots. . The drinks were amazing as well. From the sangria to the express yourself martini! 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience at LouVino! Went for my birthday brunch thinking we’d have to wait an hour or two for a seat, but the host promptly sat us two at the bar and had great service!! The bartender, she was super nice and relatable. The food was fantastic. We had the chicken tacos, biscuits ands gravy, and an appetizer (I can’t what it was). All the food was delicious and very well priced for the extreme quality. The service was great, the drinks were great (try the Bloody Mary), and the food was great. Would go back again!

Service could have been a little better. Joe was our server, she was kind just not very accommodating or attentive. Not a big selection on the menu but the food was decent. We started with the goat cheese and bruschetta (which she charged $2 more for getting the extra bread SHE suggested after I asked if it was an upcharge and was told “nope”) it was really tasty though ! We also ordered the loaded tots which were pretty basic but good. For my entree I got the breaded chicken tacos that had mashed potatoes & gravy with cheese. Again, the chef could have made the small change I asked for bread instead of tortillas and was told they didnt have any bread still, they were pretty good, the mashed potatoes were chilly but the flavor was good. My bf ordered the grilled sirloin and added grilled salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly also was the steak. It came w fingerling potatoes which could have used a little seasoning..any seasoning the sauce they drizzled over them was a nice touch. We plan to return for brunch and hope to give 5 stars!
