I ordered the 8 piece chicken family meal yesterday it came to 28$ all the 4 wings was raw and I couldn’t eat it so I took pictures and threw them away, I called just now to report it and she was very rude and said to bring the chicken back so she can replace them huh?? like lol they in the trash and my stomach hurts smh never again I will cook my own chicken it’s better anyway just was trying to support Louisiana chicken but I see how it goes I can’t wait to talk to the owner tomorrow

Very good fried chicken at a reasonable price. Sometimes the wait is lengthy but of course it’s freshly cooked not sitting on a rack so no room to complain. They have a large menu but I have only had the chicken.

the fries taste like perfume and the chicken was undercooked i will not be ordering from here ever again and i actually really enjoyed your food should have known when you got rid of your corn nuggets that the food would turn to crappy quality cause at one point it was really good.

Date: 10.06.2024. Hi Everyone. My husband and I normally go here if we don’t feel like cooking but this time it was different. For the first time in 10 yrs of living near this location we experienced a little fluffy dog behind the counter in the cashier’s arms and wondering around in the kitchen area. We did not feel comfortable so we left after waiting for someone to take our order for about 15 minutes. Thank you Lousiana chicken for the last 10 yrs of service but we won’t go back until this is addressed.

I called to make a order here the people was very rude and disrespectful for no reason they could not understand proper English I asked for three wing four piece combos I was still in the middle of my order I said can I have two with mashed potatoes one with fries The man asked me over and over because he couldn’t comprehend what I was saying how many orders do you want I said again I would like to with mashed potatoes and one with fries he then in return said we don’t give three sides with one order of wings it come up with one I said I’m making orders and I’m still making order I’ve already made three and I’m making some more I’m not done ordering he said we don’t give three sides with one order I didn’t order three sides I ordered three orders with one side so I asked him could he please put somebody on the phone who understand English n he hung up in my face while I was taking a order. Since Wendy customer service become so rude because you don’t know how to take a order and don’t understand English. Rude man n bad customer service and I chose this one to buy from because it refused that they make good fresh food maybe they need a personality overhaul because if you can’t understand me to take a order why are you answering the phone

Louisiana Fried Chicken is delicious! The staff are great! The food always is cooked fresh and is hot and ready every time we pick it up! They are my go to restaurant when I have a busy week, so I don’t have to cook. I’m always happy with their food! They don’t just sell fried chicken, they have a wide varieties of foods they sell like fried catfish, redsnapper, fried oysters, hiush puppies, fried okra, fries, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, they also have desserts. So please come check them out!
