I’m usually not one to complain because I understand people get busy and things do happen HOWEVER we had ihop this morning and my grandma ordered hot tea…. She doesn’t wear lipstick… she was handed this cup..with someone else’s lipstick on it…
I flagged down the manager who was already overwhelmed and covering from a store that’s 30 minutes away I let her know my grandma was given a dirty cup and the food was barely warm… she took care of our check and apologized sincerely…. I felt bad for her but i wanted to let everyone know check your cups when you go to IHOP I do have to say I was pretty uncomfortable with eating after that but I still tried…

We were sat at a table quickly. There was only one person working as both a hostess/server. The server was excellent and doing her best to cover all the tables, take out orders, and answering phone calls. Because of the restaurant being understaffed it took longer than we expected to order our food. Luckily we still made it to where we needed to go on time but we did have to leave the restaurant quickly.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The food wasn’t all that great to begin with but it was okay. I stopped going here for over a year because of poor service and rising menu prices. After over a year I decided to try it again and I was quickly reminded of why I stopped coming here to begin with. The dining experience took over two hours mostly due to waiting. The woman who seats us apologized and told us she had to tell her server to take care of the actual in restaurant order before handling online pick up orders. She inadvertently told on her that we was basically just being ignored. Then on the receipt they actually have pre printed tip suggestions with the lowest starting at about $13.40 and the highest at almost $19. I gave her $10 and she acted like it was offensive when she didn’t deserve anything at all. Over two hours to oder and eat is ridiculous considering the eating part was about 20 minutes at max. When you pay big money for food you expect decent service and also this tip culture is getting out of hand we don’t owe you large tips on top of large cost for food for poor service. Get your service in order, I won’t be back at least a year. I could get better service at McDonald’s and they don’t expect a free $19 tip afterwards!.

My server Nicole, and the whole stuff was wonderful! 2nd time I had her and she’s great every time! Food was good too and came out quickly. Manager ever visited my table to check to make sure everything was as it should be!

Kaitlyn was an amazing waitress. She was on top of things and gave all her customers the same attention. Had a smile in her face and didn’t act like it was a burden to wait on us. The best service we have had at this location in awhile.

I was in yesterday, March 3rd, for free pancake day with my mom & brother. We were in at around 530pm. When we got there, there wasnt a hostess to even greet people despite only about 5 tables being sat. Eventually, everyone just started signing themselves in and eventually we got sat. When I got there, they were very obviously short staffed – which i understand happens and I could immediately identify which person was the manager there along with the 2 servers. Our server was ABSOLUTELY wonderful, despite being obviously completely overwhelmed by being alone to handle half of a restaurant. At some point, it started to be just the server plus 1 other person as the manager had apparently left. I’m a manager in a customer facing industry as well as I am astounded at the obvious lack of planning and lack of support this team got on what we all knew would be a busy day. I waited a decent amount of time for my food, understandable in that situation. But I literally couldn’t even tell you my servers name because I never got a receipt for the day because she was absolutely too busy to bring it to me. I gave her cash on my way out at almost 8pm and then walked by people who were again waiting to be sat that were signing themselves in. I cannot say enough great things about my server and how she handled herself in that mess and I cannot say enough absolutely awful things about the apparent lack of management that exists there.

I don’t usually do these types of reviews but I was extremely dissatisfied with this location’s service. I was really looking forward to a nice breakfast. My husband and I waited 40+ minutes and the cooks hadn’t even started our order. We walked out and good luck to the customers at the entrance.

i ordered the strawberry crepes….omg…..they were the worst ever….crepes was dry…absolutely no filling…absolutely no strawberry syryp….absolutely no whip cream only very little powder sugar n a few thinly sliced strawberrys over triangular shaped crepes…..if i wanted pancakes with strawberries then i would have ordered it….I ORDERED CREPES!!! WORST CREPES EVER!!!

Melissa was the best service I’ve had in such a long time she was so kind super funny and super helpful and right on time she was running around doing everything all at once like a super server she was definitely super woman!!! I will be bringing my whole family back just to see Melissa good job girl you deserve a raise!!! Thank you for making my ihop experience great she deserves 20 Stars not just five!!!
