If you’re looking for some great southern comfort food and amazing hospitality, check out Louis Rose Hill Cafe. Loui is super nice and really cares about everyone that comes to his restaurant. Also, when you go, get the corn fritters. They’re addictive!

I know everyone raves about the burgers here, but what I find exceptional are the catfish and fried okra. The fish is fried to perfection. One day, I’ll have to try it blackened. Louis is a tried and true Cajun Chef Extraordinaire proven by the freshest and tastiest beans and rice I’ve ever had. Also, by the okra. It’s my go-to side dish for whatever I’m having.
The burgers are a little over-done for my taste. When I remember to order it on the medium to medium-rare, it’s perfection!
Oh, and for you city-dwellers, the 15-20 minutes it takes to drive to Rose Hill is worth it.

Associate and I were up and Rose Hill and we were told to go get lunch here at Louis Rose Hill Cafe. Definitely a mom-and-pop diner little hole in the wall. Butt for the pricing and how fresh and everything was cooked right there for you was very exceptional. Got the blazer burger and it was juicy and flavorful. Fries were thick and cut and cooked perfectly… Def a great spot for a small town feel… Def would lile to go back if im ever out that way again.

The service was not great. The guy at the front counter was rude and was playing on his phone while we stood there looking at him, waiting. As our first time eating here we were not impressed. The food was edible but had very little flavor and the cheese fries were microwaved on a styrofoam plate that melted. We paid for a side of ranch then watched as another customer walked up and get one for free. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Stopped in because we were in town and decided a good cafe dinner would be great. This was without a doubt the worst food I have ever ordered. Not sure if someone spilled salt all over the food but that’s all you could taste and it was so bad it literally burnt your tongue. You could see all the salt everywhere. Would not recommend this place ever!!!

Louis Rose Hill Cafe is more than just a restaurant; it’s a community hub that brings people together over great food. I highly recommend paying a visit to this outstanding establishment—you won’t be disappointed! Support local owned, and enjoy an unforgettable meal at Louis Rose Hill Cafe! I had the Hickory Bacon Cheeseburger, and suggest you try it too. The only thing that may make it better is if they added an onion ring to the burger.

Best place to eat in the entire Wichita area. If you’re in the area, stop to eat here. The food is unparalleled. Best blackened salmon, red beans & rice, and fried okra we’ve ever eaten. Anywhere. The special was a cajun dish with farm fresh vegetables (it was authentic, spicy, and absolutely phenomenal). The burgers are juicy, delicious, and cooked to perfection. The fries and chicken tenders were crispy, seasoned perfectly, and also delicious. We will return here again and again and again. (You should, too!)
