In my travels across the country and back, I had yet to encounter a place with all boxes checked. For the quick bite and excellent service- it is top notch. On a whim, we went in for lunch, not expecting much, but was greeted warmly and lovingly by the owner and kin. We were guided through the process which was simple to follow and got a couple different meats. Most times when we go to meat shops, the meat is overcooked, dry, over seasoned, under seasoned. This was not the case. Hot, perfectly seasoned meat was awaiting us. Normally sauce is mandatory, but not here- it detracted from the flavors. It was there as a nice addition, and not something missed if not added. How impeccable to have such delectable flavors and textures. How much love is needed to make a shop work so well? If you are curious, go see. This was amazing.

Save your time looking. This place beats em all with meat so juicy n flavorful you dont need any of their 6 amazing sauces. Not a bad thing here. The service was fast and friendly as anyone could ask for. I highly recommend the lost Texan as I am found hahah. Will be back many time more

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Judy who has done an amazing job since taking over this previous establishment. Adding her own Texan touch with some individual Mexican heat added such an incredible flavor to every bite we ate! Combined my family tried all of the sides and all of the meat. For remainder of December the smoked turkey is still available and melts right in your mouth while the 18 hour slow smoked brisket with jampacked for flavor. My personal side favorites were the potato salad with the perfect amount of pickle and the coleslaw. That was crisp and juicy. Bring your family you won’t be disappointed.

Texan I went to last Texan with the old owner no Bueno. It’s banging now for sure. Gotta try their Twinkie. It’s a pepper wrapped in bacon stuffed with cheese with some sweet spicy sauce yummy the briskets to die for gotta get me some of them taters.

The menu offers plenty of options, especially with the variety of meat cuts. Everything we tried was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were more than fair—definitely a great value for what you get.
Don’t skip the sides—the mac and cheese is the bomb, and the ranch mashed potatoes are just as amazing. Comfort food done right!

Lost Texan BBQ is absolutely amazing! The food never disappoints everything is flavorful, perfectly cooked, and tastes like it was made with real care and pride. You can tell the quality is consistent every single time we come in, which is so hard to find. Judy and the staff are incredibly welcoming and genuinely kind, making you feel like family from the moment you walk through the door. We absolutely love bringing our family here for a delicious, satisfying dinner and always leave happy and very full! This place is truly a gem.

We were personally welcomed by the owner, which immediately set the tone for a warm and inviting experience. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable, and the staff were fantastic. They even offered samples of different items to help us decide, which was a great touch.
The food was outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Plates ranged from $15 to $20, and every bit of it was worth the price. I also appreciated the walls filled with support for veterans and law enforcement, which is something I strongly stand behind.

We’re a family of five and there was truly something for everyone here! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome. They even took the time to explain the difference between the two types of brisket they offer, which we really appreciated.
We were lucky enough to meet the owner, Judy, and she was absolutely wonderful—so attentive and genuinely interested in how everything was tasting. She even brought over samples of other meats for us to try!
Now, let’s talk food:
Texas Brisket: My personal favorite—an easy 10/10! Perfectly smoked, incredibly tender, and the fat just melted in your mouth.
Texas Twinkies: We hadn’t heard of these before, but wow—best jalapeño I’ve ever had in my life. The honey glaze on top took it to another level. 10/10 again!
Blue Heat Ribs: These were my husband’s favorite. We heard they’re a new flavor and we really hope they keep them on the menu—absolutely delicious!
Sides: The mac & cheese and ranch potatoes were big hits with the whole family—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor.
Overall, this place hit every mark—amazing food, top-notch hospitality, and a warm, family-friendly vibe. We’ll definitely be back!!!

The food was fire!!! Ribs were so good! Mac n cheese perfection! Potatoes were delicious! Green beans were soooo good! I would recommend Lost Texan BBQ to anyone who is looking for a delicious fulfilling meal. Employees are so nice and very welcoming. Definitely 5 stars.
