I had an awesome experience at this Taco Bell! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the service was fast even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and everything tasted great. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell locations I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Buddy, listen, this was the most mid Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Got to the window, could hear them yelling. Fine. The drive through lady was yelling at her coworkers saying “this guy is going to be pissed when he finds out”. I will say, the lady was super sweet to me. I get home and my no pico chicken taco, behold, had pico. My Gordita had literally no cheese binder like it’s supposed to. I will say, they did get the no sour cream correct, which most Taco Bell’s don’t. Plus, they skimped on my black beans!!

Food is good sometimes. Service is cordial at times. Chairs or uncomfortable and bathrooms were not clean. I Don’t like giving reviews that are not what they could be. I noticed management needs some tuning. Food is good it’s not being prepared properly. With more smart working and better employee morale management can bring this up to five stars. I am around every day and I review my posts weekly.

This Taco Bell is consistently bad. The employees almost always have an attitude and tongight I pulled into the drive through after the lobby was closed and was the only car and was made to wait 3 minutes before ordering. I consistently have to return to this location after an order due to either missing items, or something was made wrong, This was also the case this evening. Being one of the only options for late night fast food should mean it’s more or a priority to do proper business but it is evident that that is not the case. They have remodeled the store in the last few years and I expected that quality of service to improve after that but it did not. I would not recommended anyone visit this store even if you had to. I would rather go hungry than suffer through another below bar experience with this restaurant.

The worst fast food experience! First of all, there was no place to change my diaper. No changing table! I should have taken that as a sign. We ordered our food and noticed that no one around us in the dining room had food. That should have been our second clue. The 3 workers there were app more concerned with the drive thru than the customers inside. After they called my name after waiting for 20 minutes, I realized it was for another person with the same name. During our wait, another 2 employees showed up to work, but that didn’t speed anything along, except being able to flag someone down to ask where our food was. After arguing with the staff that there were 2 people with the same name and indeed I did NOT get my order, we had already wasted 30 minutes at a “fast food” restaurant. We cancelled our order and headed straight to Arby’s to get food for our family of 5 and had no issues! The sad thing is there was someone there trying to interview. We told her to run! This was the last straw and last Taco Bell I ever try ordering from. I have been less and less impressed over the years with the franchise in general, and this experience just solidified my disdain. Do not go here unless you want unfriendly employees ignoring you. Or perhaps just go through the drive thru since that is all they cared about.

I am a door washer, I walked into to store to pick up 2 orders. The door dash/mobile order pick up stand is behind the counter, with a note that says dashers make sure you grab the drinks. I stood there for 15 mins waiting on someone to come to the counter never happened even though 3 ppl including tge manager making eye contact.
There was no one taking orders as every place has electronic order now, so I waited a few more mins still no one came up so I walked up to the pick up station and the manager yelled hey don’t step behind the counter and still didn’t ask if she could help me.
I waited another 5 mins with no help. Another door dash person came in and the same response was given to him.
I will decline any dash I get for this taco bell again no matter how much the pay out is.

New Years Day=Unhappy workers?
We pulled up to the drive thru at 11:59:45 and the girl came on the speaker to tell us rudely that they “don’t open until noon!” Fine, we can wait 15 seconds. Food is as if it sat out all last night. Hard beans, old tortillas, my spicy potato taco had 3 potato pieces in it. Everything is cold. Not a pleasant experience.
Sorry ya’ll had to come in on a holiday, you clearly are not happy about it.

I came at 3am to get some food! My quesadilla was burnt, my nacho fries nearly frozen! Spent 25$ on me and my wife’s meal just to throw it away! Woman at drive thru was rude and the pops tasted metallic! I suggest driving to Richmond or somewhere else this place should be shut down!!!

Went tonight for the first time. The tables were dirty, soda machine was filthy and it was everywhere. The young man that gave us our food brought it on a warped dirty tray. I had the nachos supreme and had about 6 whole chips and the rest was the bottom of the bag crumbs. I had to use a fork to eat it and the food was sub par for a Taco Bell. We won’t eat there again! PS it was as cold as a meat locker in there as well. Brrrrr…….

Got rid of the only thing worth buying- the build your own luxe cravings box. Apparently this is a franchise decision, meaning it’s the franchise owner at our location being greedy, not the company. not the only thing they got rid of to replace with the decades garbage that leaks all over the bag and definitely did not need to come back, but definitely the only reason i was ordering from taco bell. i literally cant eat the other cravings box. almost every other location still has it, and there’s no reason for this one to remove it from this one save for blind greed and the expectation people will be too stupid to notice.
