The first time I went I had Shrimp enchiladas. It was delicious and the beans are very tasty. I came back to try a shrimp burrito with cheese on top red and green sauce. I like the green sauce better than the red. Their red salsas are sweet to me. Not my preference. They did have one hot sauce in the restaurant that I liked. Their chips are fresh. Everything was made to order. Nice and hot! I would eat there again. Very reasonable prices.

We visited here on a Saturday late afternoon celebrating my in-laws birthdays. The restaurant seems pretty crammed together with not enough seating and room to move around. The food we ordered was just OK and did not resemble anything like “authentic Mexican food” as advertised. The prices are pretty reasonably low compared to a well known restaurant. Service (waitress) was super nice and went above and beyond. Not a place I personally would choose to take my family and I out to eat. Unfortunately, my family and I will not be returning here again. Thank you!

Do not get burrito take out. NOT WORTH $18. Burrito falling apart first bite. Asada meat was only fat and super salty.
Then businesses wonder why it’s slow.

I do NOT recommend the machaca and egg burrito. It has no flavor, no veggies. Not sure if real eggs used. The meat was not shredded, more like blended in a blender. Not chunky but more like baby food.

This place isn’t as authentic as they say it is..I ordered a freakin veggie burrito that only had tomatoes and a an over abundance of onions.Yuk! There was only 2 pieces of bell pepper that I found inside.Definately will not be going back to this place.By the way the Jamaica was watered down as well.Ive had better.

I went to to this restaurant for the first time I got the harsh shell tacos with the shredded beef. It was so whitewashed Mexican food. The chips were good. The salsa was sweet. They had a Mexican tortilla machine but no homemade tortillas. The service was good but not the food.

My family and I come here and really enjoy it. This last time I got a shredded beef Gordita which I’d in my review picture. It was really tasty. It has a nice ambiance and the servers are very attentive. My kids love sharing their fried ice cream dessert. It definitely is a sharing size.

Food: We ordered the chilaquiles verde and garlic shrimp combo and everything was just okay, not horrible but not much flavor. The chilaquiles are supposed to come with protein so we asked for shredded chicken and it came separately and cooked in a different sauce, and we were charged extra for it (but didn’t realize under after we paid). The garlic shrimp was bland and overcooked. We got a spicy salsa on the side and that was probably the best part of the whole meal.
Service: We were seated quickly but not greeted or asked for our order for a long time. The staff was friendly and nice but just really slow. Maybe it was understaffed that day. It took so long for us to leave because they didn’t ask if we were done or pick up our check for at least 15 minutes while we just sat there waiting.
Atmosphere: They played the Coco soundtrack on loop for Día de los Muertos, which was fun at first but it became really repetitive. The sound system got extremely loud at random intervals and it was just very jarring.

Prices like your standard sit down Mexican restaurant but service and quality of food above and beyond. It’s the favorite spot of my best friend and I finally tried it tonight and want to go back for more!
