My pizza is thin, flimsy, undercooked, and has a soapy taste at the crust. The atmosphere was not welcoming and unprofessional. I could see the kitchen and there was an heavy set man with his butt leaning on a table. I don’t ever leave reviews but I see you guys only respond to positive reviews.

Literally everyone had headphones on an didn’t make any notice that I was there. I got a pretzel pizza a few days ago and it was delicious. I wanted to get another to share with my hubs, wow. What a HUGE difference. It was nothing like the first. Clearly whoever owns this one give zero rips that you employees are awful. They talked so loud about themselves….I think about buy some juice or something absurd. But yet I stood there completely unnoticed. Food, awful! Service was worse then the food.

Service is terrible and slow. My online order wasn’t in the correct pickup box and the employee working decided to go to the back and then just hand me another customers order with my name on it. Didn’t realize until I got home, which is my fault because I should’ve checked before I left, and had to come all the way back to make another order. The employees all have terrible attitudes and tried to hand me yet another random pizza when I came back for what I had ordered. Waited a very long time for my order to be remade correctly due to them being busy. And one of the female employees kept locking the doors so no one get in or out

I went yesterday Jan 4 2026. I ordered stuffed breadsticks when I got home they were undercooked raw. Mushy mess. At this location I ordered pepperoni puffs and garlic breadsticks all were completely burnt. The guy at the window at one. Point gave me the food then kept my change. It wasn’t much but it was mine. The employees are working wearing flip flops no gloves nothing.
Pure nasty. Will never return and hope others see this review. This location is really bad. I would’ve recommended this. Go to another location

We ordered a pretzel crust pizza and when we got home we realized there was no pretzel salt and the pizza just didn’t look right but we weren’t sure why. We took the full pizza back immediately with receipt and just asked if we could get a pretzel crust pizza because this didn’t look like what we always get. The woman working, Cassidy, was extremely rude to me without reason and she then asks me how to make the pizza. I told her I don’t know I am a customer, she then takes the pizza from me, sprinkles on a little salt and drizzles something on my pizza and gives the pizza back to me with a huff. I tried to explain that the pizza still didn’t look right but she didn’t understand and was hateful and rude. Seeing this interaction was going nowhere, I left with my messed up pizza. I was even considering not leaving a review but when I actually started eating the pizza, to no surprise, it tasted wrong. There was no sauce, no marinara OR cheese sauce, which is the sauce that comes with a pretzel crust pizza, it was just melted cheese and bread. Like how do you forget to put ANY sauce? The entire time Cassidy was also on a FaceTime call so loud I could clearly hear the other person’s conversation. The service here has never been so bad!

We ordered at the window. They messed up our pizza 3 times and it was still wrong the third time so we gave up, they couldn’t grasp no pepperoni for some reason. Crazy bread was raw. Just dough. Absolutely disgusting service. Would give it zero stars if I could.

I went to get a pizza and waited about 10 minutes for the car in front of me to move. When they finally got their pizza I pulled up and the guy that opened the window looked agitated like he didn’t want to be there. I then order my pizza, then He snatched my card out my hand(without telling me my total) he then slammed the window, he went to ring my order up then walked away with my card in his hand after standing in the back for a minute he then came back and finished my order and shoved the card back in my hand and proceeded to slam the window again, he then went to look in the warmer and there wasn’t any more pizza, he proceeded to walk to the back and stood there for a minute. He then brings me a pizza that looks like it was sitting there for 1 or 2 hours and proceeded to shove the pizza in my face. I then pull up and go to grab a slice and realize that it hits even cut. When I go inside to ask for a refund the same guy is sitting down on the phone. I ask for the manger and he completely ignores me and walks to the back and whispers something to the guy cutting pizzas and snatches the cutter out his hand and cuts me a new pizza without ever putting on gloves or washing his hands. He shoves the new pizza in my face once again and walks off.

I’ve never experienced service this bad anywhere else. The workers at this Little Caesars are completely incompetent — they barely seem to know what they’re doing. What’s worse is that when you walk in, they don’t even acknowledge you’re there. It feels like you’re invisible, like they don’t care about customers at all. If you’re looking for a place where you might at least get a friendly “hello,” keep looking. This place is just disappointing all around.

Absolutely abysmal. My “cheese bread” looked like a sorry excuse for a flatbread. It was at least a day old, stiff, and half the size of the box. They didn’t even have the decency to heat it up.
