Cracker Barrel was busy! Ashley was hospitable and attentive to our table.
Our food was served in a timely manner, yet it wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm at best. Which was disappointing, because I like my food hot. On a better note, the food tasted good.
The wild berry tea is must try. It tasted better than the sweet tea. I know some would argue that fact.
I love visiting Cracker Barrel restaurants as they bring back the nostalgia of being a kid.

Server was excellent and friendly made for a nice visit, food was delicious, never a bad place to stop when traveling, something for everyone from kids, to gluten free, to bfast at dinnertime. Love the shopping experience always have to walk around in there (usually end up buying something). The cowboy section, bumblebee stuff, and jewelry were my favorite things to look at when we visited. Will return in the future.

Our waitress, Mindy, was so kind and thoughtful. We received our food very quickly. Everything tasted great! Our waitress remembered everything that we asked for. The manager checked on us. It was a fantastic experience!

This Cracker Barrel Restaurant is one of the best locations I’ve been to. The waitress was very kind and helpful. The food here was delicious and they give you a lot of food. The store here has a little bit of everything. It is also in a great location.

This is such a lovely place! The store for while waiting for your table is genious we got to see so much stuff, and also got some for everyone The food was excellent, I got the pecan pancakes and my daughter blueberry one, both very soft, cloud like and sweet enough to eat by itself or with syrup for an extra kick. I ate the pecans with the butter and it was perfect.

not sure what store I am reviewing. We traveled the last few days and received excellent service at the 3 stores that we visited. The Richmond, VA store service was extremely excellent. All the staff was friendly and the server was very accommodating. She even offered to bring me more hot tea water. Most places refill coffee, but never offer me hot water. She went above and beyond with our whole visit.
We also visited the Lumberton, NC store and that dinner was excellent and the service was also excellent.

The taste of the food is good. No complaints.
The servers are trained to move you in and out as fast as possible. Now, if you order a biscuit, they bring you one teaspoon of jelly lol. Can’t believe how cheap they got. And it’s not just one visit, it is continuous so they are trained to do that. The southern hospitality that this company was so noted for has gone to the dollar.
There are better places to go, local owners who still care about customer service and giving their customer the best day have to offer.

Surprised this cracker barrel was GREAT. Lately had nothing but bad experiences with Cracker barrel this one right off 75 in Ocala, food came out fast and correct, great service from a young girl i think her name was Carra?? I believe that this one is on the right track, will definitely stop by again.
