MAKE IT MAKE SENSE TO ME:
So I went through the drive through and ordered the family meal with 2 whole chickens and 3 large sides, 2 of the sides were the same so the server asked if I wanted to upgrade to an xl version of that and get 2 large sides of my opposite choice, so I decided to do it because I wanted more potato salad rather than rice, however upon returning home and getting ready to eat I had noticed that they switched everything around, completely changing my order and tried calling to see what they could do to fix it and said that the two large sides would fit the xl container, which of course was a complete lie as well, my thing of it is, don’t offer to do something a certain way to try and cater to the customer and then jip them on what they actually wanted, and don’t argue with me on the phone about how you messed up and try to lie about it, the only reason why I’m not leaving 1 star is because the chicken is actually really good

Wow, the Service is really going downhill. They used to be really good. But now they throw your food around in the bag by the time you get home, it’s all spilled in the bag and then if you don’t explicitly ask for chicken not to be jerky, you’ll end up with burnt chicken. You have to double check your order because they’ll miss what you asked for at the intercom. For $100 worth of food that I ordered. They only give me two little tubs of salsa. I guess we have to stop supporting the little mom and Pops now.

Daniela was one of lovely workers that is kind and friendly with her customers. The cooks take pride in there preparations that every meal comes out hot and fresh. Los Pollos Bros AV never fails to give me good food. The chicken by itself is SO BOMB, but one of my favorite meals to get is the rolled tacos or taquitos or flautas whatever you wanna call em, but especially with the street corn!!! Honestly, you can’t go wrong with the taquitos and their side of potato salad. Like, there’s closer options to VVC but when I was a student there, I still drove a little further for the better quality here. Lastly, one of the most important things is that is place is always CLEAN! Nowadays dine-in restaurants aren’t on top of cleanliness, but this place is always spotless. Love it here and even though I don’t live nearby anymore, I always make the trip to stop by and get some bomb food to-go cause it’s so worth it!!!!!

Overpriced Bland So called Mexican Chicken bowl.Thought I’d give it a try.Never Been here before but heard of it and happened to have a coupon book where you buy one bowl and 2 drinks and get a free bowl.The bowls only come with one little the container of salsa which is not enough so they gotta Nickel and Dime you and charge you for another small container of salsa!! What if you’re Mexican like me and like lots of salsa and different flavors!?I don’t like that at all!I wanna enjoy my food so she talked me into fresh made guacamole which was expensive and just whatever in taste! Overall was not impressed.Not happy with the price and will not be back!If you like flavor this is not the place!!!

4 stars because its good not the best but very good. Chicken feels a tad over cooked not sure if it is but the chicken basically smushes together when u bite. None the less it is tasty the skin has good flavor and great crunch. Potato salad is probably one best ive tried at a fast food joint. Rice is good and beans taste home made. Only thing id like is 1 more tortilla with the dinner meal. Also drinks only get 1 free refill. Over all good experience.

I have been here many time with my son. The food is consistently great ( I love the potato salad!). Coming from food service management, I notice the cleanliness of the kitchens as well as front of the house. It’s constantly clean, clean! Which is a biggie for me. That along with the tasty food is why we come back time after time!! At least weekly. I highly recommend Pollo Bros!
