The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. The salsa has a great kick to it; by far the best salsa I’ve had in a while. Be careful the food comes nice and hot (and quickly!).

I wish I did not have to put even one star to rate this place. The service was absolutely horrible. Our server had zero personality and was very rude. We had to stop another waitress to ask for assistance and our waitress passed right by and sat down and would not even acknowledge us. It was so uncomfortable. We have such an amazing experience in Monroeville and are thinking of moving here, but we will NOT return to this restaurant. The food was not the best either, but could have been due to the atmosphere I suppose.

I usually live coming and eating here but f ST one thing was way off last night. I asked the girl at front and she just said that all ordered were out in at one time. That’s all she would say. But we waited 1 hour and fifteen minutes before my food came out and had to ask about it then. I ordered the steak fajitas and the steak was too brown as well as the tortillas and onions . Even not sizzling as should be. The other entree was chicken enchiladas and the chicken was dry and tortillas in it was soft and gooey. Never did any if the waitresses check on us to ask if would like more chips while waiting, water glasses never filled . Tried to stop one of them to bring sour cream and they kept on going. Very disappointed!

Second time I’ve tried this place. Both times food took extremely long. Forst time was a takeout call in. Showed up when they told be and still waited 20 min for the rest of the order. 2 nd was done in with a party of 5. Took no time to get drinks ordered. The rest took forever. Including getting drinks and ordering. Some of the food finally hit the table 63 min after sitting down. Margarita were stronger than hell though

They let a homeless woman and her “5 year old” come in there and go to each table begging for “hotel money.” People at my table including myself gave the woman $20 each, which was more than enough to get a hotel at that point, but the staff let her to continue to beg at every table. I’m all about helping people, but it was very unprofessional and it made us feel very uncomfortable. But the food is pretty good.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in monroe county. On sundays it is a tad busy, but the food is always worth it. The quality is consistent and they will correct any mistakes if on the rare occurrence there are any. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming.
