Slow service but lots of people on duty and everyone seems overwhelmed when it’s not very busy. Over 20 minutes to get a drink refill, then didn’t even offer a chips refill. Tacos don’t come with cheese or onion, and the tomatoes are full slices on the side. The only thing in the taco is meat, and you have to ask for cheese . Weird

Food came out quick, starting with the house nachos and sauce. Next, the drink, followed by the food. The whole fish is surprisingly deceptive, but surprisingly, each part had a different texture. The bones can take some time to work through. You’ll use a lot of napkins. The drink remained frozen until the end of the meal. I’d say it was a good experience.

Friendly staff. Food on menu is not what they bring when you order, even wait staff says pictures lie. Fajita nachos were brought with a mixture of meats, no sour cream or guacamole like the picture shows. Guiso plate was very bland and served more Lettuce and tomatoes than meat. Salsa tasted weird. Something was off in the taste, almost like a chemical was put in it.

As we were ordering the food we got the waiter asked if I was going to eat. And the table in front of us said that the same waiter practically threw his plate on the table the food was good but not so much the service That we got anyway.

So glad this little place has finally opened back up. It is our favorite place to eat in the Waco area. New name and new owners and still has great food and amazing margaritas! Margaritas are the best in Waco!
