Everytime I visit this restaurant it never fails in great service all the way around.it has great Mexican dishes made with love believe me!..my favorite is the pollo loco,. The way the chef incorporated buttery rice with flame broiled chicken over sautéed spinach,broccoli w/ home made cheese sauce.it was awesome!the staff are very polite and punctual.it is a very clean and comfortable place to have a cold one with a friend or have the whole family join in.have fun and enjoy!

⭐️ 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty

My family and I have been coming to Los Arcos for years. We’ve always loved the food and the customer service — the manager usually greets us at the door, whether we’re dining in or picking up a to-go order. We’ve even celebrated birthdays here. It truly has been our go-to Mexican restaurant.

Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was beyond disappointing.

I placed a to-go order for my family — four boys, myself, and my husband — totaling $63.14. When we got home, we realized that four tacos were missing from the two #12 plates we ordered. The containers only had beans and rice.

I immediately called the restaurant. I first spoke with Ella, who put me on hold. After several minutes, she picked up and hung up on me. When I called back, she told me there was nothing she could do because “the carrier said he put the food in the bag.” I asked for a manager, and she claimed there wasn’t one there, then put me on hold again.

An employee named Ray then got on the phone. He was argumentative and placed me on “hold,” but didn’t actually mute the call — meaning I heard the entire conversation between him and his coworker, including them accusing me of just wanting free food. Hearing that after spending money on food I never received was extremely unprofessional and upsetting.

When I told Ray I heard everything, he suddenly offered a refund and asked for my card number. As I started giving it to him, he placed me on yet another hold. Ten minutes later, a third employee, Janet, picked up the call. She was incredibly rude and told me outright that I would not be getting any refund or the tacos I paid for.

As a loyal customer who has supported this restaurant for years, I am extremely disappointed. We didn’t receive the food we paid for, and the way this situation was handled — the dishonesty, the rudeness, and the unprofessional comments — was unacceptable. I truly hope management sees this and makes changes, because this is not the Los Arcos we’ve known and loved.

I want to add…After posting my original review, the restaurant began calling me back. I initially thought they were reaching out to make things right. Instead, it became clear they had simply seen my review.

Ray called me to argue about what happened, insisting that he didn’t say I wanted free food — completely missing the point of the entire situation. I have never dealt with customer service on such an immature and unprofessional level.

This whole experience has confirmed for me that the issue isn’t just a mistake with an order — it’s the way their staff chooses to treat customers.

We will no longer be returning. Beware.

I’m what you’d call a “Regular” at Los Arcos. I eat here probably 3-5 times per month. I’ve had almost everything on the menu. My Top 5 are: Loco Rice, Carnitas, Texas Fajitas, Super Burrito and Chicken Soup.

Busy little spot I popped into for Taco Tuesday. You won’t find any $2 tacos. Instead, they reduce the price of a few of their special taco combos. Service was excellent. Lots of folks having lunch. Salsa was really good. I ordered a chicken taco and chicken enchilada lunch combo. Everything tasted great.
