We were a very large group(16) and there was another very large group(even large than ours) and the waitress did phenomenal! The food was excellent and timely! The atmosphere was super neat! Highly recommend! Even accommodated is being late because of traffic. You will not be disappointed!

Came here this evening got a carry out. Got the arroz con asada ( steak) not bad. Very tender meat. Ya did good there. Then also got a beef taco salad. Very little lettuce for a salad. Too much beef. And that beef tasted like it was maybe cooked this morning. No salsa. Or they didn’t give it to me. So didn’t really care for the meat salad. So just 3 out of 5 stars. Might go back if someone asks. But will not go out of my way to this place.

had to give my card info over the phone, or they wouldn’t prepare my pick up order beforehand ( what’s the point of calling and placing a pickup order if I have to sit there while you cook it?) When ordering the El Chapo Burrito, I was laughed at and asked if I knew I called Los Amores, I then said yes and explained I was using the menu on facebook to order. After placing my order I asked for a total, after a slight pause the girl asked me if I wanted to leave a tip, still never receiving a total for what they charged my card. once I got there I asked for another bag of chips ( I got the largest cup of queso possible) and after the two girls talked amongst themselves, I was told it would be $1 ( which is whatever its only $1, but never have I ever had to pay for complimentary chips, or not be given a complimentary cup of salsa with any Mexican place I’ve ate at. like what ??Thats the best part about eating mexican food). Once I get back to my car, I realized I still never received a price, and they don’t put one on the receipt. Customer service was terrible, and some how the food was even worse. my fiances burrito tasted like it was cooked on a dirty cast iron skillet, it was so bad that mid bite he started throwing up, & ended up throwing his whole meal away. The queso was super super liquidity, almost as if the cooks added water, & had no taste/seasoning. my arroz con Pollo was edible, but didn’t have any queso on it & was not seasoned at all. After being highly disappointed I called back to ask for the price, so I could see how much money I literally threw away, and they told me it was $48 . I’m still confused how an order or arroz con Pollo, el choppo burrito, & a big cup of cheese costed that much but I just counted my loses and will never ever return. Almost wonder if they just chose to tip themselves with my card, considering I was forced to give them my card info over the phone. This was my first time trying the semi-new restaurant, and I’ll never return along with warning everyone I can to not waste their money or time coming here. I am the most easy going customer there is, bc I’ve worked fast food/waitressing my whole life, but this was just pathetic.

Today was nothing like the many times that I have been there b4. Must be new cooks. I ordered my usual steak tacos. What I got was over seasoned meat, like eating a bottle of seasoning. Made my stomach hurt. No craftsmanship at all. My mouth could not distinguish what kind of meat that I was eating.

Food was good, but I didn’t feel like it was anything super exceptional. Both the queso dip and refried beans seemed runny to me. Might have just been what I ordered for myself. I found it a little difficult to understand their menu. Nice atmosphere though. Really like the option to pay using the QR code. Server seemed pretty new, and we were a larger party, so she did fairly well all things considered. Would definitely give them another try.

Awesome food and friendly service. The friend onions I ate as a side dish, so good. My wife loved her taco and rice. The beef has a unique flavor that put Taco Bell to shame. Will definitely be back
