I order curbside, no one every bring my food but they want a tip add-on.
Mash potatoes had aluminum foil inside it as you see.Burger was not medium as you see, and my salad was lettuce and fish only as you can see…. SMH

So ok the 4 star was based on human interaction. The person that sat us was a bit overwhelmed maybe but not very polite. I spoke to this person but they only spoke to my daughter. Im again caulking it off as being a bit overwhelmed because it was very busy when we went and this person didn’t have help. with that being said the food was good. I started with the artichoke dip and it was hot and so good. I then had the ribeye and loaded mash potatoes. I forgot that photo. I did also have a garden salad but forgot that photo too. They brought bread and butter to the table warm. My waitress was awesome. Js

We met some friends to grab dinner @ Longhorn . For staters we all had the dinner salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing , which was really refreshing . Next we had 6oz Renegade Sirloin with 8 count Redrock Grilled Shrimp and loaded baked potato . Also had Parmesan Crusted Chicken and baked potato . The steaks and the shrimp were cooked to perfection . Chicken was done up just right as were all the baked potatoes . The service was top tier and the servers were all polite a checked on us often . Another great meal at Longhorns. I tried the French soup. There was lots of cheese and the broth was hearty and delicious. Then i had a nice chopped salad. And of course, the Outlaw ribeye, cooked perfectly. Super tender and delicious. Served on the bone.

The service was good she had a nice vibrant smile. The food was good as well as the drinks. The server was great at her job and asking did we need anything and also checking in on us. My steak tasted more charred than I would want but overall it was good. I do not like sending food back.

Yikes. I’ve never left a review before, but this experience was so horrendous that I feel like it would be a public service. It’s clear that there is a lack of communication and a lot of tension in the background, and the manager seems like a nightmare. I wanted to get a clearer picture as to what caused the service to be so slow, why our steaks were cooked completely wrong, and why the floor beneath our table was dirty. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for a long time, and I completely understand that there are rough nights. I wanted to speak to the manager so I could get an idea as to whether it would be worth coming back. Spoiler alert, it’s not. The manager interrupted and talked over me multiple times before I could even get to make this point. I’m not complaining in order to get my food covered, but that seemed to be his assumption. All I wanted to know was whether this was normal, and wanted to understand where the breakdown in service was happening. If the issue is the kitchen, then I know to tip my usual 20-30%, because that is not the server’s fault. Maybe I could have made that point clear if the manager had actually taken the time to hear me out rather than try to throw the whole “cover everything so the customer shuts up” card. You’re in the wrong industry if you don’t have basic courtesy and people skills. I feel so sorry for the staff that they have to deal with such a condescending jerk for a manager.

Amazing quiet intimate experience. I attended this longhorn solo and was pleasantly surprised with the service. I was able to get a booth that I asked for, I informed them of my steak choice of medium-medium well and my options were satisfied with the perfect steak not tough at all ! I did get the Tiktok Famous Dragonfruit Long pour its perfect for one if you got a good tolerance for alcohol very sweet and good and even got a sugar rim. Everything was clean, quick and my waiter was highly attentive and present during my time dining. Id recommend 5/5 they do an amazing job making sure you are satisfied. 🙂

I ordered my food to go my wife had the Ribeye. I had the strip for some reason the strip was .medium mostly then that last 1/4 was rare. My mashed potatoes were very dry not what I read on the menu. We do not eat out too often because of the cost so this was a let down unfortunately.

Man, this place was great. The waitress was SUPER friendly, everyone was so chill and laid back, the service was prompt and fantastic, AND THEN the food came out and made it even better. We ordered the salmon and shrimp and omg the helping were huge, we are big folks and couldn’t eat it all. The best part is it was only $25.00 each, you can barley got to fast food and eat for $50.00 these days. What a great meal, we added a lobster tail to try it out and omg it was SO GOOD. Definitely worth a 5 stsr review.

I visited Longhorn for the first time last night. We came in an hour before close and Calie made us feel totally welcome and not rushed. She was so sweet and brought our salads at lightening speed. The food was amazing I can’t believe I’ve never had it, and it was reasonably priced for the large portions we received. We would definitely come back.
