We went in on veterans day for a free burger and fries. It was a true delight as everything was cooked perfectly and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Worth stopping in if you’re in the area.

I took my mom to Red Robbin for the 9.99 deal. When I asked about strawberry lemonade she said I could get it but there would be an uncharge. I was fine with that but they charged full price then she mentioned the sides we could get. My mom got sweet potatoe fries. Did not let us know it also had extra charge. Ask to speak with manager but never came to table. They took off the extra charge on the fries but not on the drink. A drink comes free with the meal. I would have gotten one that was included if I knew she was going to charge full price. Not happy at all with this Red Robin or the management working on 2/22 roughly between 4-5. When a customer ask to speak with you, you should come to their table and the server needs to be more clearer to the customers.

Matt and makayla both said that garlic fries are not included when you buy bottomless side but Matt has always done it before called him on the phone and was in a mood because he has to be on the phone and did not wanan fix the mistake made on the menu menu says bottom fries does not say garlic not included. And have always been offered them before BAD Services on NEW YESRS

9/11/2025 at 330 I picked up my order I ordered the Fish and chips extra fish extra crispy fry’s I get home no lemons the fries were barely cooked let alone extra crispy the were the size of chicken McNuggets Very very disappointed this was $23 but I just showed you a picture of plus I left the 20% tip. You think the server would’ve at least looked to make sure the order was correct and say hey those fries don’t look well done what are these chicken nuggets doing?

Well today was the day that convinced my wife that Red Robin is worth eating at. We had a gift certificate so we decided between Panera or Red Robin.
My wife was skeptical at first from our last experience so she gave it a try and when we were seated we got our waitress Alexa and she was amazing.
Alexa let us change tables and took our drink order and recommended an appetizer.
I was stunned by the fact that this waitress paid attention to detail like I haven’t seen in a long time and she made a really good suggestion for appetizer which was the queso.
For the drinks again, Alexis did a really good job and paid attention to detail and we weren’t even needy.
My wife ordered the jalapeno burger with garlic fries and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with regular fries.
All the food was good from the appetizer to our burgers. French fries drinks. This was a really good experience for us.
Again, Alexis did a really good job waiting on us and we were really happy with the service. The food quality Matt came and talked to us which we definitely praised our waitress. She was very professional and we don’t expect a lot when eating out, just the basics.
When it comes to going out again and we want a burger or an appetizer and a great atmosphere with staff and management, we will definitely be back here. I know we’re still full from eating earlier, but the whole experience was just really great and I can’t wait until we go back again.

We walked into Red Robin on Sunday and right away I could tell this wasn’t going to be a good experience. The host at the front looked like he was completely over his shift before we even said a word. Fine, whatever, I wasn’t expecting amazing service, but it definitely set the tone. We got seated, and then our waiter came over, and somehow his attitude was even worse. The second he started talking, I already had a bad feeling about the whole dinner.

He asked if we were rewards members, I said no, he asked if we wanted to be, I said no thank you. Then he hit me with “You don’t want free food?” in this condescending tone that made the whole interaction uncomfortable. My brother ended up signing up and got the free appetizer, but the attitude was unnecessary.

We looked over the menu and decided what we wanted. I ordered the Whiskey River Chicken Sandwich with all the gluten free substitutions and told him it needed to be gluten free. Instead of listening, he basically cut me off and said “I’ll just write gluten allergy on there and they’ll do it up,” like my allergy was some tiny detail he didn’t need to take seriously. It felt like he brushed off everything I said, and that already made me nervous about the food.

Right before he walked away to put in the order, I asked if he could put in a plate of bottomless fries for me. He looked at me and said “I gotchu” in this weird, almost creepy tone that honestly sounded like he was trying to hit on me. And he kept saying it like that throughout the whole dinner, which just made everything feel even more uncomfortable.

The appetizer came out with no plates at all. My mom had to ask for plates because there was literally nothing to put the food on.

Then the waiter brought out fries that were not gluten free and asked if I still wanted them. The fact that he even had to ask that was laughable. Why would I want fries that could make me sick. It just showed how little attention he was paying to my allergy and how insignificant he made it feel. My family ate them, and he said he would get the gluten free ones. Those fries took over twenty minutes and did not show up until after we were completely done eating.

Our food came out with no silverware. My mom had to ask for forks, and he basically dropped them on the table like he was annoyed. My brother’s lemonade sat empty for half his meal. The waiter was way more focused on hanging around the bar than checking on us or noticing anything happening at our table.

By the time my gluten free fries finally showed up, we were already done eating and honestly just laughing at how ridiculous everything had been up to that point.

Even paying was a mess. My brother’s free appetizer didn’t deduct at first. The waiter asked if we wanted to go drinks, my brother asked for lemonade and I asked for water. He brought them with no straws. At that point it was just comical.

The food itself was good, Red Robin food usually is, and my brother actually liked it. But the service was so bad it overshadowed everything else. And honestly, what is the point of having bottomless fries if you can’t even fulfill the order in the first place. I didn’t even get the bang for my buck.

I have been to the Owasso Red Robin many times and they are amazing. This location was a complete joke. I will be driving to Owasso alone from now on, since I know my brother will never go back. There goes that option. 🙁

We haven’t been to red robins in about 10 years and thought we’d give it a try. It reminds me of shake & Steak except for the price. The restaurant is clean. It’s nice inside and it’s pretty calm, and well lit. Waitress was excellent food delicious except for a little bit too much mustard. Two burgers, 2fries, one tea and a chocolate shake.

We love normally Red Robin but last week we went to the location near the mall in Tulsa. We informed the waitress that we both have a gluten allergy. Their fries are supposed to all be gluten free but they had to mark the ones that were gluten free when they brought them out. This should have been our first clue that something was up in their kitchen. Food was over cooked. We both felt sick after eating. Later we both had days of recovering from what was obviously a gluten reaction. We will not be returning to this location. We will go to the one on Riverside, they always do well with food, service, and gluten allergies.

Onion rings: 4.5/5 stars. Came out fresh and hot, but plates, napkins, and silverware were late.

Chicken sandwich- 1/5 stars. Chicken was rubbery, but fresh. Super overcooked. Only had one bite and did not go back for a second. It is a small piece of chicken. Fast food is better.

Royal Red Robin Burger: 4/5 stars. Much better than the chicken sandwich.

Garlic Parmesan fries: 3/5 stars. not worth the $3 extra. I preferred the regular fries better.

We had a great dinner here. We always love the bottomless steak fries with yummy dipping sauces!! No need to order appetizers, in my opinion. We ordered a couple of burgers, the rib plate, the Avo Cobb-O salad, and the hot honey chicken sandwich. Every single plate was hot and fresh and delicious. There are soooo many incredible looking soda and ice cream drinks on the menu, as well. We wanted to try them all, but they really are more like a dessert in themselves, and we were in a hurry to make it to a concert (and for that reason, we REALLY appreciated being able to pay quickly at the kiosk, box up the rest of our food, and get on the road)

Our waitress was great!!! I wish I could remember her name!!
