The food and service way better than the last time we were there. Maybe a change in management or staff. Whatever they did keep it going! Our server Sack and our Host Alex are the reason we will keep coming back to this place. Sack was attentive to our needs and brought free deserts for our daughters which was their birthday celebration. Alex was awesome from the first call greeting and upon arrival at the restaurant. We actually we tried to dine at Outback but as soon as we got there the place looks like a Golden Corral upgraded to having servers. Sorry but no thanks. The host at Outback was rude on the phone just because I asked how long was the wait and if can give them the heads up of a party of 8 ppl. When I call Longhorn, now that was service with a smile. That’s why we will keep coming back to Longhorn all the time.

Enjoyed our time here. We had the 20 oz ribeye and the wings. It came with a side salad and rice. We loved it. And we also ordered strawberry margarita and bud light. Everything was delicious and came out fast even though it was busy.

The restaurant was completely packed so I opted for a Curbside pick-up and was right on point tonight, Ordered with the app and once I arrived it was less than a 4 minute wait before my meal was brought out. The New York Strip was cooked perfectly and sided with some of the best steakhouse Mac and Cheese at any franchise ever as well as evenly seasoned and piping hot fries. Honestly, the wheat loaf was a little stale but that can be forgiven.

Even though they were super busy, the wait staff was attentive to our every need and fast too! After the meal was over, my daughter mentioned wanting ice cream. She was intending for us to stop on our 1 hour drive home. The waitress appeared with an ice cream sundae for her, on the house! That is the kind of service and sweet gesture you don’t see much these days!!

Ordered a well done steak and it wasn’t close to be well done. There was so much pink in it. Had to send it back to get it redone. It got redone the right way but why couldn’t they just do it right the first time. It took them a long time for it to come out the first time so they had plenty of time to cook the steak right the first time. Today was my finances birthday and they didn’t even come sing to her. They sang to someone else while we were there but not her. It will be awhile before we go back.
