I ordered on their own website. $14.21 in fees just to have a large pizza & 3 chicken tenders & a small salad delivered. Total came to $45.42 which is insane. Then I get another $1 charge (that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE BY THE WAY) added after the fact. I called and they tell me it’s another fee. Are you kidding me? I canceled my order. They only refunded the $45.42 and not the $1 for the “additional online order fee”. (Which I had already paid $3.21 for another online order fee) & I think it’s crazy they can just charge your card whatever they want after you have already paid and agreed to the first total. Do not order here. Terrible business management and also terrible customer service as well.

Absolutely the worst restaurant you can get your food at. Apparently there’s a disconnect between them and DoorDash so my order that I was paying $21 for according to them was suppose to be $39 and they held my food hostage. I had to pack my kids in the car and drive myself over there just to be met with attitude. Will absolutely never order from this place again and I suggest nobody else does either. Wait it gets better, I get my order and come to find out it wasn’t DoorDash’s fault it was those idiots that read the order wrong and had me cancel my order and drive up there and wait 2 hours total to get my food instead of 40 minutes. Seriously take your business somewhere else.

I live 8 mins down the road from here and online was able to order. I call because I needed to use cash, and they say I’m not within their delivery range… I’m on breese and Dixie hwy… 8 mins. The lady on phone was super nice and the lady in background starts yelling she can cancel it online or in store she has 1 driver and she will charge me extra delivery fee. I apologized to the girl answering the phone that that’s who she has to deal with. Extra charge for what? Because you aren’t sure where my address is.. it’s 8 mins away and I hope your drivers have smart phones with gps.

I didn’t dine in. I had a delivery. First, I am staying in a hotel, and they didn’t bring any forks or napkins. After going to find something to eat this with, this was by far the worst spaghetti I have ever eaten. I didn’t try anything else because I was so disgusted by the Spaghetti, I threw it all in the garbage.

I ordered the large Hawaiian pizza and there was hardly any pineapple at all on it and the price that they show online is half the price of what they have in their restaurant. Instead of paying $11.20 which is what they show online I had to pay $26.75. I wouldn’t even call this a Hawaiian pizza! Some slices have one chunk of pineapple but many slices don’t even have any at all. I’m very unsatisfied!
