LongHorn Stakehouse in Winter Garden. We went on Wednesday night a little pass 9 pm. There was no wait. The host was friendly and quickly took us to our table. Food was delicious. Service was very good. Our waitress was very attentive. She promptly brought bread and our drinks. This restaurant provides a casual and cozy atmosphere with nice ambient lighting and pleasant background music. There is a combination of tables and booths and there is a bar area. They are open at 11am proving Lunch and Dinner options. A great place to dine in. I will definitely visit again.

I want to like it but no matter what I order it dissapoints. The Filet tastes like an oversalted hamburger. The filet was a joke, it looked like a waffle house menu item, I had to look at it closely to make sure it was not ground beef. The parm encrusted Chicken was pure salt, inedible. The Chicken wings were chicken wings. Nothing special. Most restaurant chain food is not this bad. Texas onion is a poor quality rip off of outbacks. Not sure what they put on the corn on the cob, didn’t bother even trying it. Service was good.

Our server Julia was so sweet and wonderful. My parents and I were out celebrating their 35th anniversary on a Sunday. It was busy so we figured we wouldn’t ask for anything to spare the staff. But then our server noticed the card I had gotten my parents and asked. At the end of our meal, she brought out a little ice cream in a margarita glass with Happy Anniversary written in their caramel chocolate sauce on the serving plate. It was adorable, sweet and thoughtful. She really didn’t have to do that since it was so busy. Thank you, Julia, you really made our night with that gesture!
