For appetizers, we ordered the Wild West Shrimp and the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip both were delicious.
For the main course, we had the Renegade Sirloin with rice and salad, and everything was absolutely perfect: full of flavor and cooked just right.
The service was wonderful, and we truly loved the whole experience.

However, to continue with my review prior to receiving our entrées, we received a side plate with hair on it. We immediately informed our waitress who was happily to replace the place and she came out with another plate. That plate was dirty as well and she said to give her a moment and came back out with a clean plate. That was the first red flag, but we continued to eat and give this location a chance. The next occurrence was while we had our entrées we were ready for our appetizers to be boxed, as well as our salad and a Caucasian woman with red brunette-ish hair rolled her eyes at us as we requested for our food to be boxed. To mention, the most important detail. It was my partner’s birthday! Granted, we aren’t at a five star restaurant nor an upscale steakhouse.
However, given that we are spending money at an establishment. We still expect great customer service at minimum!! We explain this to our wonderful waitress, and she brings out the manager. We explain everything to the manager and emphasize our pleasant experience with our waitress Sofia. Our waiter then comes back to our table and then states that the manager thought we may have been complaining about her. At this point, not to make it about a race thing, but I explicitly told the manager the attitude came from a Caucasian woman. So, how did he mix up what I informed him for the Latina waitress we had?! That further made me experience worse because I felt like my voice did not matter or concerns weren’t truly heard except by Sofia.
To conclude, eat here at your own risk. If you eat here dine with Sofia! She is so bubbly and sweet.
Unfortunately we got home, I cut into it and it was beyond undercooked. The restaurant was already closed when we got home and no one answered so had to call the next day.
Talked to a manager. Was told they would send a credit. Instead of comping the inedible $40+ steak we received a gift card for approximately HALF of what was paid.
When we went back and talked to a manager named Andy, he said we need to talk to “whoever” we talked to before. Disappointed. It’s been my son’s favorite restaurant for years. We will now have to go to visit the IDrive, Oak Ridge, Fashion Square Mall, or Alafaya locations (we visit them all). We will talk to corporate and no longer visit this site. It was a simple fix and they dropped multiple balls on this order.
I did not get what I paid for. Refund me or provide an equivalent credit. We even gave them a second chance and placed another order for 2 steaks. When picked up, we asked them to comp the balance of the steak owed to me. Andy refused and sounded a bit annoyed. This was a really disappointing experience all around. We hope corporate can help.
