I had an excellent experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! I ordered the bone-in ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection ,tender, juicy, and full of flavor with a great sear. You can really tell they know how to handle a good cut of steak. I also tried the shrimp appetizer, which was delicious and seasoned just right. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

In town for a short visit to my aviation friends as I visit occasionally. A little over a year ago, I was in town during the building process of this location. Was excited to see it open and decided to stop by for lunch on a Wednesday.
Since the wait was 15-20 minutes for a table, I had an airport curtesy car that I need to return soon, chose to sit at the totally empty bar, right across from the bartender. Wasn’t even greeted. Waited patiently until she finished with whatever she was doing while staining right at me and continuing to ignore my presence. When she was done, asked for an iced tea and ordered my lunch since I frequently eat at Longhorn restaurants around cities I visit.
For over 20 more minutes, asked the status of my ordered lunch and remarked that I wasn’t even offered bread while waiting. A few more minutes passed, and all you see in the picture came at once. My well done burger came way under cooked and cool to the touch. Ate the soup and nibbled on the edges of the burger, asked for the check and even tipped %20 for substandard service. On my way back to the nearby unmanned air field, stopped by a fast food restaurant and picked a meal that I consumed on the tarmac before I taxi and take off going home.
I don’t write a review while being upset or on the spot. But in this case, parked before taxing and take off.
Most likely, won’t be visiting this location again but you make your own judgement.

Warning-Do not eat here! I ordered a cheeseburger for lunch and inside was completely raw hamburger meat, like from the store raw. I told them I took some pictures in case I get sick because I had to spit it out and Justin’s response was that it’s okay I can eat raw meat, they serve it raw, not one I’m sorry, just like it’s another day and would you like another one. The rest of the staff was sickened along with the customers that saw it. They all agreed it was completely raw meat, Never ever again they never get it right anyway but this is absurd

Stopped in to give them a try. Should of ordered the steak. Lol. I ordered the half rack of ribs. The salad and bread were great. The ribs, well that is a different story. They had plenty of sauce on them and looked amazing but you could hardly cut them off the bone with a knife let alone bite them off. Now I know how cavemen felt trying to eat a brontosaurus leg back in the day.

Sat at the bar by myself and ordered an appetizer … bar tender never once came back to take my food order. She was very attentive to the folks on my left and right side that came in after me and ordered steaks, ate and left. I ordered a Salad but wasn’t able to eat it for 10 mins because I had no silverware….. Had to flag down another passing server who assisted me. the bar tender was tucked away in the side galley taking a long break from the great service she gave to everyone around me. I’m just finishing my salad 30 mins after I ordered it. Horrible Service. 5% of service will only get a $5 tip. 100% service would have given her a $100… not busy in here at all.

Visited this location on a Sunday afternoon (2/23 around 2pm) with a party of 9, celebrating my niece’s birthday. Waited about an hour to be seated. When we were taken to our table we found we were being seated at a booth instead of a table. That was an issue for us because we had a pregnant woman and a person with mobility issues. We asked for a table and were told by the manager, Justin, that we could split our seating between the large booth and a smaller one on the other side of the bathroom doorway. I expressed to Justin that splitting the seating defeated the purpose of having a meal together. We were told by Justin that the booth was the largest seating space they have and we could go to some of the other restaurants in town, like Ruby Tuesday ( yes he really said that), that have seating to accommodate large parties. This was said with the most condescending tone to it.
Longhorns is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is the closest to my area, needless to say I will probably never visit this location again.
I will say our waitress, Jennifer, was such a trooper. She made our experience less disappointing and our food was very good.
For a MANAGER to suggest you leave their establishment and visit another restaurant is beyond unprofessional!

After waiting months for the long lines to thin out at our much anticipated steakhouse, we finally were able to enjoy dinner here. The waitress took our orders for a well-done steak with Brussel sprouts and a sweet potato for my wife and a medium rare steak, salad and baked potato for me. Unfortunately, both steaks had to be sent back to be cooked a bit more. The sides were excellent and the steaks were great too the second time around. The managers got involved to make sure we were satisfied. We appreciated their concern.

My parents drove 300 miles to have dinner for my 48th BD. They didn’t get their appetizer till dinner was being served and it was asked for twice after ordering with drinks. They were charged twice for it, but instead of fixing it, when my husband paid our bill they kept our change to cover my Mama’s bill. Like, who does that?! We were never asked if we wanted dessert and I really wanted cheesecake, especially bc it was my birthday dinner. Clearly they didn’t need another $15 sale. ♀️ Now, the Manager working this afternoon, he needs a lesson on how to address in-house issues because I know it isn’t crawling your employees at the hostess desk with a party of 12 waiting to be seated. I just feel he could’ve handled that with a little more grace. Then halfway thru dinner we weren’t the only table talking about his behavior because he did it again. I’ve given 3 shots to Longhorn, but I’m good. Dividing up my family after you won’t allow call ahead, plastic bag in my rice and today’s money deal…I’ll drive to Waycross, Valdosta, or Tifton for other options.
