Every time I come here they are very friendly but slow as a snail..then you are asked to pull around to the front to wait for something so simple as wake up wraps..then they bring out your food which looks and tastes old & hard..what a waste of time.. How hard is it to throw flour shells and premade eggs & meat into a microwave..then they burn the cheese..Really!! They need to do better especially with the money you pay for this mess, such disappointment..

There are a few Dunkin’s in my area that I go to, this one is by far the most consistent! The staff is always friendly, the food is always hot, and my coffee is always made perfectly! Caught them during a busier rush today and even then they were very communicative and got my food and coffee out to me fast. Fave location in my area!

So the dunkin is in speedway which gives you access to a washroom Nevertheless, there were two workers at dunkin who actually didn’t make one worker. Meaning, there were two persons working at a one person speed. Moreover, the level of customer service is low and the wait time for the meal is extensive. Additionally, you can’t see how they make the food and all the guy did was exchange dialoque with his colleague using profanity over the meal.

This DD used to be great! Last time they’re getting my Custom. I Used Drive through and ordered a Latte with Almond Milk for me and a Dounut for my 3 year old in the car. Drink took nearly 5mins and when it finally came, I confirmed it was a latte and the server said yes..I started to drive away and tasted the drink, it was a coffee with cream. I know this as this is my morning DD order normally. I went back to the window and explained to them that the order was wrong. Clerk apologized and advised me that the almond milk was frozen. So they knew they could not provide the $6 drink I ordered and tried to get away with serving me a $4 coffee. I asked for a refund on the latte and after a few minutes they came back to advize me they could not process at the window and I had to come into the store. I explained to him I have a 3 year old in the car and it’s 20 degrees outside. He then tried to blame me for holding up the drive through line. How is that my fault? Eventually, he called his Manager to get the refund processed at the Window. He passed the refund to me with a receipt but with no apology for the inconvenience caused and with attitude. When I got home, I checked the receipt and noticed the almond milk charge was not refunded and to add insult to injury, the donut order for my daughter was wrong. Avoid this establishment until they hire more competent, honest and polite staff!!

One of the worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to. Waited 10+ minutes for drive through when only 2 cars ahead of us. Order was not ready when we got to the window and order was wrong. When we asked for it to be redone, it was not. Had to leave because it was a waste of time.

They definitely gave me a drink with spoiled oat milk that morning because by late afternoon I was violently vomiting and had a terrible case of food poisoning. Will never return again. Be careful!

The food we ordered was not even close to what we expected. The avocado toast was the worst we ever had.Service was terrible, too. After we ordered, we waited for 15-20 minutes,and nobody even tried to let us know that the food was ready, btw I asked them multiple times,and we were still waiting on our breakfast. By the time we saw our bag with food left on the side,everything was alredy cold.This place should hire people to care,not kids. Disappointed!!!

Used to be good, but now cant get an order correct. Every time we order something is missing or we have completely different items. Ask for decaf get normal coffee, ask for a bagel get a croissant. Tried to charge me $70 for a $30 order the other day.

When I asked for a hot coffee with half and half they gave me a hot coffee that was half decaf. I literally have never heard of anyone asking for that. It blows my mind that someone who works at a coffee shop doesn’t know what half and half is.
