Late night food in Wausau is impossible to find. We found one place open — Fat Joe’s. And it was awesome!
Pizzas are delicious and huge. The chicken Alfredo and BBQ chicken were my favorites…but the more traditional pizzas rocked too.

We were in from out of town and found this place online. We absolutely loved the pizza. Great crust, browned but not burnt from the brick oven, perfect amount of toppings. The garlic knots were excellent too and a very generous portion. My family and I agreed we wish we had this pizza in our town. It would be our go to place to order from. Thanks for a perfect dinner.

I only review restaurants that either deserve 5stars or 1star. This is a top notch handmade pizzeria that not only has cauliflower crusts on their menu, but turkey pepperoni! The pizza was perfect. You should never trust a skinny cook! Great job Joe!

Possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had! My wife is very picky and loved it. Says it’s the best she’s had since moving to Wisconsin over 20 years ago. Excellent service and very courteous staff. Clean inside and out. This is now our go-to for pizza. Keep it up Joe!

I can’t believe how un-busy the place was. The pizza is really good! Try the spicy sausage. It’s not spicy but it’s delicious. The one downside is the water for the pop should be filtered. But they do have refrigerated drinks as well.
Edit: I since went back and the water seems to now be filtered, at least somewhat. Fountain drinks tasted much better!

First time visit was good. We had the Godfather pizza. Very tasty. We’ll definitely go back. We saw someone’s garlic knots and boy did they look good! We’re looking forward to trying out some of their other items.
