I haven’t been to a DQ for a while. Came in for their chicken strips. These were really good, better than I remembered. The best part was the staff. These were the friendliest group of people I’ve run across in a really long time. Thank you DQ!!

Food was really good it’s just a little pricier than I think it should be. Server was friendly and pleasant and it came out pretty fast considering I had ordered chicken baskets and a burger. My burger was exactly what you want your burger to look like I was impressed and it didn’t disappoint flavor wise either.

I came to this Dairy Queen in the drive through which made I add doesn’t have lights to their menu outside it was dark I couldn’t read the menu. I get to the window she puts lids on the blizzards and hands them to me. She does not put them in a bag. No silverware or napkins. Then I get home to find out they used the Sunday lids. So when I popped it off the ice cream went flying everywhere.

Went to Dairy Queen and ordered lg. Blizzard and medium chocolate shake. They tasted awful, here the ice cream was spoiled. Called and told them. They offered to give us free ones on next visit. Went into a few days later – Manager on duty was extremely rude when I explained we had 3 free ice cream orders coming, per Supervisor I had talked with. She was so rude made a small Blizzard and said that was all they were giving us. I got sick from the spoiled ice cream. This Manager was also yelling at a new employee when I was there because she messed up on an order. The manager made my order while I was there and FORGOT the chocolate. Maybe I should have yelled at her like she was yelling at her employee.

Went in to grab an ice cream cake for my wife’s birthday at about 4pm. Asked the girls to write Happy Birthday on it. They said they didn’t have a cake writer there and offered to let me do it myself at a table. Horrible service.

I have gone to the DQ in Poland a few times and most of the time my order is wrong. Today they gave me two of the same blizzards when one was supposed to be chocolate based and the other was supposed to be fruit. They looked the same so we asked which was which and got told they were what we ordered and different from each other but not marked – they were both the same. Not to mention the chicken was burnt and the gravy tasted like flour.

The chocolate ice cream is pretty good. The vanilla is not as good as it used to be. Actually, the same goes for the burgers. They are a bit dry and the taste was not fresh. I really like hamburgers, but these just aren’t fresh enough.
