I got the Parmesan chicken which was so dry I only ate a bite. My husband had the cowboy ribeye which he said was amazing, seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The spinach dip was also very good. We did have to wait at the bar for 20 minutes and had a drink which was fine but the bartender wasn’t very friendly and didn’t make the drinks well. (Garnishes go on top of the drink not inside)Our waitress turned things around with her amazing attitude and attentiveness

Wait wasn’t long but they texted us to say they were ready an then when we went in they said they would check us in an our wait would be another 10-15 minutes..whatever.. got in and the waiter gave low service. Didn’t get my salad until I asked for it. Then he gave me the salad an literally a minute later the food was at the table. I ordered the Salmon over rice with a baked potato a Caesar salad to start. Everything was good but the main part.. my salmon was burnt to a crisp, literally peeled the whole top an bottom off an ate what was left in the middle. I wouldn’t go. Also T.I.P.S is To Insure Prompt Service. Our waiter was slow. We waited too long for our drinks.. waited forever for refills. We waited for the salad. We waited for a box. Then he said have a nice day an we were still waiting for our Togo food lol, I had to remind him that we waiting for it. He’s like oh, let me get it. Yea. Probably wouldn’t recommend. My husband said the bathroom floor was so slippery my son almost fell.

Me and my fiancé eat at this location often. But on 7/5/23 I was just astonished at how terrible the service was and the food. Waited on a specialty alcoholic beverage and appetizer as food followed shortly. Her steak was over cooked and I traded her for mine so she could eat. I then noticed the lemon with the lobster tail was moldy, and the lobster was disgusting. I informed our server and a manager came over, only to swap the food out. In the end, $100 bill like usual, but no empathy for our troubles. I mean I did not expect them to dance around me as I commanded, but could have done something. I cannot believe how this last experience was but it was god awful. We sat at table 54 (check#33108) and Jahvon B served us. He did great by the way.

Restaurant is dirty and old. We were seated without silverware and had to ask several times. We were served water and soda and plastic cups. The water- and therefore the soda-tasted stale and dirty. The long table next to us stayed dirty for over an hour despite staff repeatedly passing by. All it would take is for each of them to grab 5 things as they headed to the kitchen. It’s honestly gross and lazy. If you don’t have enough cutlery then order some. Not enough glasses? Order some. Can’t clean off 1 table for an hour? Hire more people. This is management issue.

First the host didn’t bring utensils to the table when we were seated. The waitress didn’t notice it and we had to ask for utensils twice more. The appetizers we ordered came AFTER the main course we ordered. The salads came out last..We had to ask the waitress for a box for leftovers 3 tines. After it finally came we then had to ask for our bill twice. We still tipped 15% but this waitress either needs to care about her job or change to another. Like I said earlier, the food was good.

I’ve been to this location several times in the past, also have done the mobile ordering. My family did a mobile order yesterday and literally everything was PERFECT! Delicious, fresh Caesar salad, Parmesan crusted chicken and loaded baked potato. They included all cutlery, butter, dressing and toppings for the potatoes. I would 100% recommend.

We stopped in for lunch, and without the help of the hostess, I’m not sure we would have eaten. We waited 10 minutes with w hungry kiddos without a member of the wait staff stopping by. As we were walking out we were stopped by the hostess. She promptly got us a waitress and grabbed our order. After that, the service went back downhill. Food was good as usual, but they can really improve on the service aspect.
