Under cooked chicken. That’s what I got when I ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich. I got halfway through the sandwich before I bit into nearly raw chicken. I called the main office for that franchise and talked to a man named William. He took notes about my complaint including my name, number, and address, and said he would pass the info along to the managers. No word from them yet. And to add insult to injury, they gave me a sweet tea when I ordered unsweet.

Got 4 McDoubles and a mango pineapple smoothie. Waited 15 min for someone to take my order. When we got the food we were parked for 10-15 min waiting on the smoothie. Only to eventually walk in and ask where the smoothie was to be told they are out of that kind. Then got home to cold food and the burgers looking like this. I get it’s McDonald’s but if imma spend 45 min in a drive through for a fast food restaurant I atleast should have warm food.

The lady said it was closed, as food was given away for free among some individuals. She yelled that mcdonalds was closed, I walked away, I thought it was 24 hours, she persisted to gossip and chat, instead of being a responsible employee of mcdonalds saying the system is down, she was unethical and not clean. I have come to relize that the young generation is in no way to be responsible for the working class. Biden ruined america for good. No way to restore good work ethics. Its gone people, this place is not clean at all, stay away from this place, be suprised whats not clean and whats in the fryer, no maintenance to this place, health department needs to step in here severly, people are poisoned everyday, my my what happened to this mcdonalds, ran it to the ground.

Let’s start out with saying….it’s McDonald’s so my expectations are low to begin with. Actually had good customer service here. Nice cashier. Ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese meal. I get 5 min down the road and crack in to the burger. Nice and cool inside with ice cold cheese. Once I got home I looked at the meat. Not cooked through. Definitely lost my appetite. McDonald’s….do better.

I was fortunate enough to arrive at this McDonald’s when the owner was there and boy what customer service we were getting he personally handled us. Having a quarter pounder made like a Big Mac seems to be a quantum physics problem for these people at times at other McDonald’s. Fortunately the owner made it happen in ways that I’ve never had such good service before he gave me double the Big Mac sauce double the Big Mac onions extra everything pretty much made sure I was happy if we had this kind of customer service at any other business they would be thriving and there would be a line around the block to get in. When I walked in there were about five people waiting for their orders. A doordash driver walked in while I was waiting for my Uber othere. All he had was one iced coffee. It took them like twenty minutes to get that poor guy his iced coffee.

Normally I wouldn’t bother with a bad review on such a inexpensive restaurant but this is the 2nd time the same thing has happened so I figure I deserve to warn some future customers. We ordered 3 quarter pounders with cheese and all 3 were extremely pink on the middle. Like almost raw we had to microwave the meat to cook them to be able to eat them. From now on I’ll have to check to make sure the burgers are edible…sad to say I’ll have to do that
