My family and I decided to stop here during our layover and all hadn’t had the best experiences at this chai but options were limited so decided to give it a try after so many years. From the moment we arrived, the service we received from our server Barbara was exceptional! She brought light to my stressful day of traveling and I appreciate how personal and accommodating she was thought our time there. She genuinely seemed like she enjoyed working there as well! I ordered the garlic lemon chicken with mashed potatoes and it was incredible, from the presentation to the flavor. The chicken was super moist and I couldn’t get enough of the homemade sauce. Definitely a 12/10 experience and we’ll be sure to stop by there every time we’re at the ATL airport and hopefully will be served by Barbara again. She’s truly a gem!

I had an excellent experience, Kema was my server, she went above and beyond. They were out of asparagus (which I love at longhorn) but then she found some and the kitchen prepared my streak and asparagus perfectly. The staff here has such a warm and welcoming demeanor. I love longhorn (I go to the one in La Quinta ca a lot) but this one is absolutely fabulous. Thank you Kema you made my day! Five star treatment!! And always delicious food, somebody pat Kema on the back she is a gold star server in my opinion!!

Stopped in for an early breakfast. The hostess who served me was very sweet. I tried to sit at the bar but was told it did not open until 6AM. I waited 6 more minutes and was told now it would open at 6:03 so I just grabbed a table. Food was good for an airport breakfast.

Stopped in while waiting for our flight. Staff was nice and the wait time wasn’t horrible. The food was great no qualms there. The food ordering and time is where this could have gone better. We waited a good chunk of time for our food and the waitstaff got a few items wrong and a beverage. I would say go here if you’ve got time and just understand you’re at the airport just sayin. Cheers!

Grilled Rockaway Shrimp was tasty. The waitress Oralia was pleasant & great at what she does. Salad was perfect with cheese and croutons.

Our waiter started off strong but got our order wrong, he did correct it quickly.
Spinach dip appetizer was delicious. Asparagus was cooked well but lacked a lemon zing as advertised. The shrimp appetizer was HUGE, plan on sharing.

They start serving alcohol at either 6 or 7 in the morning. The server was cool. I got a regular breakfast with potatoes, bacon, eggs, and toast. I should’ve just kept drinking and eating toast. Everything bur the bacon tasted like it was microwaved and got hard after a bit. The French toast wasn’t bad though.

Wasn’t expecting much, but the staff was really friendly and smiling. The filet was perfectly cooked and juicy. And even the salad was really good. I had to make a flight and they had my filet out in 10 min. I was impressed!

Closed 45 minutes early! Rude service Be aware! I headed straight there after my flight at 9:15 p.m. looking for a nice sit-down meal. Despite the website and posted signs stating they are open until 10:00 p.m. and many people still dining inside, I was completely ignored at the host stand.
When I finally asked to see a menu, the hostess was incredibly unprofessional. Without looking up, she simply said, “We’re closed.” When I pointed out their posted hours, she snapped, “We have early flights, we’re closed!”
If you’re going to stop seating at 9:00, update your hours. Otherwise, don’t treat paying customers like a nuisance for showing up during business hours. Avoid this location if you’re looking for basic hospitality.
