I ordered a lemon meringue pie from Pies by Inge for my dad’s birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! Tracy was incredibly kind, made the ordering process easy, and had my pie ready quickly. It was one of the most beautiful meringue pies I’ve ever seen — and it tasted just as fantastic as it looked. I highly recommend Pies by Inge for anyone looking for top-notch pies and great service!

Pies by Inge makes the best pies in the area. But they make a heck of a lot more: amazing cinnamon rolls, cookies, cookie bars, carrot cake, cupcakes, edible cookie dough, and gluten free desserts. Their pie selection alone is also extensive, including traditional fruit and cream pies as well as some fun “baked pies,” like caramel brownie swirl or chocolate chip cookie. I’ve even special ordered a dairy-free pie before — and the crust was still perfect and flaky and flavorful. Pies by Inge is located in the back of the Brown Bag deli restaurant. You can order specific desserts and whole pies for pick up, or you can buy from a list of ready-made pies and desserts at the Brown Bag register, OR you can browse the dessert case in the restaurant and choose by the piece. We’ve used all three methods and have never been disappointed.

Highly recommend Pies by Inge! I gave my daughter the gift of an experience tjis holiday and that was a baking lesson with Tracey! A delightful person, Tracy gave my daughter a lesson in confection! She was very attentive, taught her like she was teaching her own daughter, and my daughter learned many tips and tricks. Tracy kept my daughter busy the whole experience and we brought home an incredible pie and cookies. Tracy is obviously a good person in general and my daughter said her favorite part was talking with Tracy. I think a very sweet touch was a hand written recipe card for the pie my daughter made to take home. My daughter can’t believe she baked in a real bakery kitchen!

Just had my daughter’s baby shower this past weekend and ordered Inge’s cupcakes in vanilla, chocolate, lemon and carrot cake for the event. Not only did Tracy make these little cakes look divine but EVERYONE raved about them. I’ve ordered cupcakes from other places in the past but these were our very favorite. Thank you Tracy!!!!

I called and spoke with Tracy to order several desserts for a birthday party. She was very professional and pleasant and I can’t even explain how insane the quality of the food was!!! Literally the best cakes I’ve ever had…So moist. A lot of bakeries cakes are dry. These are AMAZING! The Gluten Free cake and brownies…omg! I accidentally bought one and didnt know it was gluten free! It was like Heaven in my mouth! ❤️❤️❤️
