Amazing service, short wait time. The host lady was dismissive and rude when we asked for a booth and then immediately gave the available booth to someone who came after us. Food was delicious. The renegade sirloin was tougher and chewier than what we normally have had at other longhorn’s. Sweet potato was a bit off likely couple days stale. Asparagus was not tender it was stringy. Mash potatoes was good and broccoli was good. The Parmesan crusted spinach dip was amazing. Also price was much cheaper than other longhorn in Chicago. Overall it was great food.

Bread and butter brought out was cold and stale. When brought to their attention, it was replaced with fresh bread and will toasted. Hamburger bin was also stale and not toasted, also exchanged for fresh toasted bun. French soup was excellent. Coke had no gas, was flat. Salad was good.

Came here on a Sunday for dinner. We were seated immediately the server was very nice and accommodating. I ordered my usual Onion Soup and the spinach dip was very good, My wife had the flo,s fillet. My son had the 22 oz longhorn steak with the Steakhouse Mac n Cheese and Mashed potatoes. We got Strawberry lemonade and the raspberry tea. For desert we ordered the chocolate stampede.

Went in with family, the host was super nice, then our server was amazing! She was super nice and patient, answered any and every question we had. The food itself was very good! The portions are the only thing that makes me give four stars, they are absolutely insane! Also you have to order to sides, obviously that increases the price and I doubt 100% of the costumers are capable of eating that much. Everything else 10/10!

The experience here was not so great. There was a 30-45 minute wait almost near closing to be seated. Once finally seated after being told it would be a 15 minute wait. Orders were placed and eventually water began to fall on our table from the ceiling. Everything got wet our food included. The manager was requested. The waitress seated us to another table. The explanation per the manager was “Its a 28 year old building” Complimentary dessert was offered? My appetizer wasn’t that great. Not a good experience. Some changes were made to the bill. Not enough for me to return

Very, very tasty food! We had ribeye and tenderloin, salads (house and Caesar) and was first time trying sweet potato with butter and cinnamon and I didn’t regret! Also, Danielle was very nice, excellent service!
