Prime Rib was burnt and well done instead of medium on one. The other the outside was well done. Manager was chewing one customer out at another table. Service was slow. Today was not their finest day. Save up a lot of money and go for prime rib to get it burnt. Sent one back and they brought the same steak back less than 2 minutes later.

Long horn never disappointed! Every one we go to we consistently get the best steak! That why we already come back for more. Great service! The seasoning on the steak is the best and it’s hard to beat the ribeye. We usually get the broccoli but the potatoes are so good here as well. If you want to know the name of the seasoning they use I was told it’s called prairie dust Its the best!!

Hubby and I went here a week ago to have an early dinner. No wait, not very busy. Seated immediately. A couple walked in the door behind us and were sat beside us. They had their drinks, bread and orders placed and no one had even acknowledged us. After about 20 minutes of waiting we left and went to Outback. I am patient, i didn’t complain and I get the world is short staffed but writing this review to let management know perhaps monitor your dining room floor to make sure your guests are being, at minimum, addressed in a timely fashion. If someone would have just said something to us we would have stayed but it’s as if we were invisible!
